Apostoli, continue for 50 m and turn right into Via del Vaccaro that, after 40 m, leads onto Piazza della Pilotta • The Conference Centre is located on the far side of the Piazza, inside the Palace of the Pontifical Gregorian University Public Transport (Metro) • Inside the station, take Metro A for 2 stops and get off at BARBERINI (continue on foot for approximately 800 m until you reach Piazza della Pilotta) • Alternatively, take Metro B for 1 stop and get off at CAVOUR (then continue on foot for approximately 1.2 km) Walking • Exit the station via Piazza dei Cinquecento • Continue in the direction of the adjacent Piazza della Repubblica and turn left into Via Nazionale • Walk for approximately 500 m until Largo Magnanapoli and continue straight ahead (the street changes name to Via IV Novembre) • Go down Via IV Novembre for 100 m • Turn right under the arch on Via della Pilotta, which after 30 m, leads onto Piazza della Pilotta
ROMA EVENTI ­ Fontana di Trevi PIAZZA DELLA PILOTTA, 4 – 00187 ROMA ­ ITALY Tel.: +39 06 67015176/77 – Fax: +39 06 67015178 www.roma­eventi.com 2 of 4 From “ Leonardo Da Vinci” International Airport Journey Time 40­45 mins (public transport or private car) Distance 28 km Public Transport • There is a direct train that leaves the Airport every 30 mins and connects Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini • Once at Termini (terminal), follow the directions for public transport as described above Car • Take the motorway junction “Roma/Fiumicino (A91)” for approximately 12 km • Exit onto the GRA (large ring road) towards “Firenze/Aurelia” • Take exit n.1 (AURELIA) and follow the road for approximately 5 km until Piazza Irnerio • Turn right onto the Aurelia ring road “Circonvallazione Aurelia” for 500 m until Piazza di Villa Carpegna and turn left into Via Gregorio VII • Continue on to Via Gregorio VII until the crossroads at Lungotevere (2 km); cross the bridge and turn left at the traffic lights, driving along Lungotevere until Via Luisa di Savoia • Turn right at the traffic lights at Via F. Di Savoia and take the first right (Via Maria Adelaide), which leads onto Via del Muro Torto • Continue for 1 km until turning right at the first exit onto Via di Porta Pinciana OR drive for approximately 550 m and on the right you will find the VILLA BORGHESE car park • At the end of the street you will find the Ludovisi Car Park (the closest to the Restricted traffic area, known as “ZTL”) where you can park your car outside the ZTL gates • Exiting the car park, walk along Via Crispi and continue on to Via in Arcione where the Trevi Fountain appears opposite; on your left, turn down Via de' Lucchesi which will lead you on to the Conference Centre (900 m in total)
ROMA EVENTI ­ Fontana di Trevi PIAZZA DELLA PILOTTA, 4 – 00187 ROMA ­ ITALY Tel.: +39 06 67015176/77 – Fax: +39 06 67015178 www.roma­eventi.com 3 of 4 From the various “ road and motorway networks" Journey Time 30 mins approximately (from the road entrance) Distance 13 km A1 (from Florence) • From the motorway, exit onto the GRA (large ring road) towards “Aurelia/Fiumicino” and exit after approximately 2 km, turning onto exit 8 (Salaria) towards the City Centre • Head along Via Salaria (8 km) until Largo Nicola Spinelli and continue along Via Pinciana for approximately 1 km • At Piazzale Brasile, turn left onto Via di Porta Pinciana (300 m); at the end of the road you will find the Ludovisi Car Park (alternatively, continue straight on for 200 m and on the right you will find the Villa Borghese Car Park) A1 (from Naples) • From the motorway, exit onto the GRA (large ring road) towards “l’Aquila/Firenze” and exit after approximately 8 km taking exit 14 (Tangenziale Est) towards the City Centre • Continue for approximately 7 km and exit right at the Tiburtina ring road “Circonvallazione Tiburtina” towards the City Centre, then continue on until Scalo di S.
