TAKING THE PLUNGE IN THE
DOM PERIGNON ATELIER
The ancient champagne maison inaugurates a series of immersive workshops in the heart of the
Champagne territory… for passionate palates!
CHAMPAGNE
A truly immersive experience for understanding a divine nectar whose origins are rooted
deeply in history: this is the awesome opportunity which the legendary Dom Pérignon
offers its guests in the company’s new Atélier.
The series of workshops will be open to a few selected participants fortunate enough to
study inside the hallowed spaces of the Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers Abbey, the splendid
monastery where the monk Dom Pérignon created his first sparkling wine in the 17th
century. The passionate disciples of delight (12 for every day of the workshop) will be able
to visit some of the key places in the process of the champagne’s production and
conservation, and will be guided through a tasting session of Dom Pérignon Vintage.

origini affondano nella storia: è questa l’occasione che la leggendaria etichetta
Dom Pérignon offre ai propri ospiti nel neonato Atélier dell’azienda.
Una serie di workshop aperti a pochi partecipanti, i quali avranno la fortuna di prendere
parte ad un percorso didattico all’interno dell’Abbazia Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers, luogo
d’indescrivibile fascino in cui il monaco fondatore creò il suo primo spumante nel XVII
secolo. I fedeli appassionati (12 per ogni giornata di workshop) avranno modo di visitare i
luoghi chiave di produzione e conservazione del prodotto e di essere accompagnati
nella degustazione delle selezioni Dom Pérignon Vintage.
