Operative Instruction
Here is the process to describe how an Administrator can assign/unassign licenses to a user using ENOVIA V6
Step 1: Login
You can make your changes regardless the security context you choose. (For example: VPLMAdmin.Company
Name.default)

Step 2: Select the user ID
Write user ID in “User Name” (don’t forget the “*” after ID)
Select id after the results are displayed (click on ID)

Step 3: Modifiy License Assignements
ENOVIA properties will be displayed
Then you have to select “Categories” and “Product Licenses”
You will see all the licenses and if they are assigned or not:
Select “Enable Edit” to activate modifications:

After you have finished your assignment changes, select “Disable Edit” to deactivate the edition mode:
