Prima di montare l'indicatore di livello accertarsi che
l’interno del corpo sia completamente pulito. Eventuali
impurità dovranno essere rimosse per assicurare un
corretto funzionamento, se si dispone di aria compressa
utilizzarla per una migliore pulizia.
Verificare che le flange del serbatoio ove sarà applicato
abbiano l'interasse stabilito, i fori in asse e siano parallele.
Fissare l'indicatore di livello nella corretta linea verticale
e ricordarsi di inserire le guarnizioni tra le flange
centrandole il più possibile sui risalti, i quali dovranno
essere puliti per permettere la corretta tenuta.
Inserire i bulloni nei fori delle flange e serrarli mantenendo
una frequenza diametralmente alternata (per la migliore
deformazione delle guarnizioni).
Before to assemble the level gauge check inside the body
to be completely clean, possible impurities have to be
removed in order to ensure a right functioning. If compressed
air is at your disposal, use it for a better cleaning.
Check the tank flanges to be at the fixed distance, with
aligned holes and parallel.
Fix the level gauge in the right position at the pipeline and
remember to insert the gaskets between the flanges centring
them as much as possible on the raised faces.
The raised faces have to be clean to allow a correct tightness.
Fit the bolts in flanges holes and tighten them maintaining
a diametrically opposed sequence (for a better deformation
of the gaskets).

Verificare saltuariamente la tenuta della guarnizione (9); in caso di perdita, avvitare la calotta
(11) per comprimere la guarnizione; un'eccessiva coppia di serraggio può provocare il
malfunzionamento della parte ed un danneggiamento irreversibile alle guarnizioni di
tenuta (9).
Se la calotta (11) è giunta a fine corsa senza ottenere la tenuta, questo evidenzia che la
guarnizione (9) ha esaurito la sua funzione e quindi deve essere sostituita integralmente.
Tale operazione deve essere eseguita a serbatoio non in pressione e non in temperatura.
Se necessario l'indicatore può essere smontato completamente utilizzando utensili standard.
Occasionally check the gasket sealing (9); in case of leakage, screw the pipe-cover (11) to press
the gasket; excessive force could cause a bad functioning of the part and irreversible damages
to the sealing gaskets (9).
If the pipe-cover (11) reaches the end of its run without obtaining any sealing, this means the
gasket (9) has finished its function and must be replaced. This operation must be done at tank
not in pressure neither in temperature.
If necessary the gauge can be disassembled using standard tools.

Per montare la scatola di riflessione sull'indicatore di
livello (figura 515) avvitare i tubetti (5) alla scatola porta
vetro ricordandosi di inserire la rondella di tenuta (6).
Alloggiare la boccola (10) e la calotta (11) dell'indicatore
figura 515 sul tubetto (5), inserire la guarnizione (9)
dell'indicatore figura 515 all'interno del supporto (6)
dell'indicatore figura 515, dopodichè assemblare la
scatola con il blocco inferiore fissandola tramite la
chiusura della calotta (11) dell'indicatore figura 515.
Per fissare la scatola con il blocco superiore procedere
con lo stesso metodo.
To assemble the reflection box at the level gauge (item 515)
screw the tubes (5) to the box for glass, remembering to fit
in the washer (6).
Fit the bush and the cap (item 515: 10-11) on the tube (5),
fit the gasket (item 515: 9) inside the bearing (iem 515: 6),
then assemble the box at the lower cock fixing it closing the
bush (item 515: 10).
In order to fix the box at the upper cock proceed the same
way.

La parte visiva è soggetta a deterioramento nel tempo, che ne riduce la trasparenza.
Per sostituire la parte visiva (3), chiudere il rubinetto superiore (3) e quello inferiore (2)
dell'indicatore figura 515, quindi aprire il rubinetto di scarico (1) dell'indicatore figura 515
per svuotare il fluido residuo all'interno dell'indicatore.
Svitare i bulloni (4) posti sulla parte posteriore della scatola di riflessione ottentendo così
l'apertura in due parti della stessa, sostituire la parte visiva (3) e rimontare la scatola tramite
gli appositi bulloni (4).
Se necessario la scatola può essere smontata completamente utilizzando utensili standard.
Prima di riassemblarla, verificare che le guarnizioni (7) siano integre in ogni loro parte;
diversamente è consigliabile sostituirle.
The visual part is subject to wear of time; that reduce its transparence.
In order to replace the visual part (3), close both cocks upper and lower (item 515: 3-2), open the
drain plug (515: 1) to discharge the fluid remained inside the gauge.
Unscrew the bolts (4) at the back side of the reflection box obtaining its opening in two parts,
replace the visual part (3) and assemble again the box by the suitable bolts (4).
If necessary the box can be completely disassembled using standard tools.
Before to assemble it again, check if each part of the gaskets (7) is integral; otherwise it is
recommended to replace them.
