Research activity
1. Areas of scientific interest
His research activity is in the field of Robotics, Mechatronics and Applied Mechanics.
His current research projects are focused on the modeling, kinematics definition,
prototyping and control of innovative high-performance and high-dynamics manipulators
and automatic machines.
Main research activities:
• Study, modeling, and control of high-performance spatial automatic machines.
• Kinematic study, simulation, automation and trajectory planning of robotic and
industrial systems.
• Development of embedded mechatronic devices for industrial and home
automation.
• Study, modeling and simulation of bio-inspired robotic systems.
• Study of multi-agent robotic systems for industrial and domotic applications.
