Dopo la laurea in “Economics & Business” e un Master in Business Administration presso l’Università di Tel
Aviv, Arbib crea nel 1992 la società immobiliare Power Equity, con sede principale a New York. La società si
allea con CATALANA 58, e gestisce acquisizioni in ZEMACH e TIDHAR. Entrambe le società sono tra i leader
del settore immobiliare in Israele. Nel 1998 Arbib lancia la Società NY2K Ltd, che si occupa di software. Nel
2000 si trasferisce in Italia, dove inizia un nuovo progetto di portale Immobiliare (www.casaclick.it), come
Direttore Sviluppo Business per Brainworks SpA. A fine 2001, come CEO di Elitrade Srl, società nata nel 1996
a Milano, inizia una JV con First Atlantic RE SpA e Tecnocasa SpA. Elitrade Srl, insieme a First Atlantic RE
SpA, partecipa al processo di valutazione, acquisizione e frazionamento dei portafogli di Fondo Pensioni
CARIPLO, Telecom Italia, Supermercati GS, UNIM ed ENI e alla creazione del Fondo Immobiliare Atlantic 1
(valore 700 milioni €). Tra il 2004 e il 2007 Arbib si occupa, insieme a Pirelli RE, della creazione del primo
fondo immobiliare italiano a destinazione residenziale: Fondo DIOMIRA, e acquista, insieme ad alcuni
investitori, la società DCI , quotata nella borsa di New York. Dal 2008 è CEO di Colliers International Italia.

of Tel Aviv, in 1992 Ofer Arbib establishes the real estate company Power Equity, with headquarters in New
York. The company forms an alliance with CATALANA 58 and manages acquisitions in ZEMACH and TIDHAR.
Both companies are leaders in the RE sector in Israel. In 1998 Arbib launches the company NY2K Ltd focused
on software. In 2000 Arbib moves to Italy, where he begins a new real estate portal project
(www.casaclick.it), as Director of Business Development for Brainworks SpA. At the end of 2001, Ofer Arbib,
as CEO of Elitrade Srl, established in 1996 in Milan, starts a JV with First Atlantic RE SpA and Tecnocasa SpA.
In collaboration with First Atlantic RE, Elitrade Srl participates in the valuation, acquisition and fractioning
process of the CARIPLO Pension Fund, Telecom Italia, Supermercati GS, UNIM and ENI portfolios, and in the
creation of the Atlantic 1 RE Fund (value 700 MLN €). Between 2004 and 2007 Arbib, together with Pirelli
RE, creates the first Italian residential RE fund: the DIOMIRA Fund, and purchases, with several investors,
the company DCI, listed in the New York Stock Exchange. In 2008 Arbib becomes CEO of Colliers
International Italia.
