attorney) acknowledges and declares that he or she is aware that the documentation made available by
airport management (hereafter “Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa”) in the “Documento di
Consultazione” (Consultation Document) and the documentation concerning the Consultation Procedure
launched for the revision of Airport Fees during the 2016-2019 period at the Verona Airport is of an
absolutely confidential nature pursuant to the provisions of point 4 of chapter 3.4.1. of ART’s Guideline 2 and
therefore must not be shared with third parties and/or made public, except as expressly indicated below.
To that end, he or she acknowledges that all the data and all the information obtained are Aeroporto Valerio
Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa corporate assets and, therefore, must be treated with the utmost
confidentiality and only in the exclusive interest of Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa itself.
The Company/Organisation pledges, furthermore, to use said information only and exclusively for the
purposes of the User Consultation, and therefore commits to:
a) not sharing with third parties or making public any of the confidential information, without Aeroporto
Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa’s written consent;
b) not issuing statements, interviews or announcements that contain, even occasionally or secondarily,
Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa’s confidential information;
c) not mentioning such confidential information in publications, documents, legal documents or
communication channels in any way intended to be made public.
The Company/Organisation guarantees the protection of the confidentiality of Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di
Verona Villafranca Spa’s confidential information and its own handling of the topics dealing with Aeroporto
Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa’s activities regarding its confidential information and data.
Finally, the Company/Organisation acknowledges Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa’s right
to take action with the appropriate offices to protect its interests injured in violation of this confidentiality
agreement.
