offering an endless variety of shapes, sizes and
assembly systems, with access from every point
of the ceiling to the systems requiring maintenance in the plenum above.
Prometal ceiling strips are long-lasting, the painted surfaces are resistant to humidity, dirt and are
the ideal solution for large-sized environments
such as hospitals, offices, shops, exhibition centres and airports. The strips can also be supplied
in a self-supporting version, without a bearing
structure, which cuts costs even further.

painting workshop (minimum thickness of 60 microns) which can handle panels of up to 4,000

Prometal proposes the whole range of RAL colours produced by the major manufacturers to
its customers, to meet all colour requirements
and guarantee excellent aesthetic and resistance
results. Tests have proven that the painted products can withstand over 1,200 hours in salt mist.

Thanks to the certification gained in collaboration

supply painted products for outdoor use, pursuant
to specifically approved projects, long-term resistance warranties, providing a selection of finishes
chosen from a range of Architecture matt polyester powder paint (Futura Collection by Akzo Nobel Coatings, Interpon D1094 and D1036 series).
These products are ideal for coating aluminium
and galvanised steel and are certified to Qualicoat
Class 1 standards.

Le doghe Prometal possono essere montate su
diverse strutture portanti a seconda delle esigenze. Sotanzialmente i sistemi di montaggio maggiormente utilizzati sono di due tipi: in aggancio
su traversina o in appoggio su profili a vista.
The Prometal metal strips can be assembled
on different bearing structures as required. There are basically two types of assembly systems
used: hooked onto a mounting bracket or positioned on exposed profiles.
In aggancio su traversina
Questa tipologia prevede il montaggio delle doghe sulle traversine. Le traversine, ortogonali
rispetto alle doghe, devono mantenere un interasse di circa 1270 mm ed una distanza massima dal muro perimetrale di 300 mm. La sospensione è costituita da pendini rigidi e molla
di regolazione che permette di ottenere una perfetta permette di ottenere una perfetta planarità
e orizzontalità del controsoffitto.
Hooked onto a mounting bracket
This type foresees the assembly of the strips on
mounting brackets. The mounting brackets, orthogonal in respect to the strips, must maintain
a distance of roughly 1,270 mm and a maximum
distance from the perimeter wall of 300 mm. The
suspension system consists of rigid hangers and
a spring that can be adjusted to achieve a perfectly parallel and horizontal ceiling.

In questo caso le doghe di tipo autoportante
sono semplicemente appoggiate su profili rompitratta oppure su profili perimetrali (in ambienti di
ampiezza non superiore a 2500 mm).

In this case, the self-supporting strips are simply positioned on deviating profiles or perimeter
