Gardaland Resort è alla ricerca di : Hotel Resident Manager DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Hotel Director KEY REASPONSABILITIES The Hotel Resident Manager is second in command and overseeing all operational functions of the Hotel Director. The role will require someone to lead a large team as well as someone who is very hands-on in the operation and maintaining the top standards sessions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the productivity and morale of the team. This role is also responsible for developing an account portfolio (reduced in size to that of an account manager) to grow and maximize revenue and profit opportunities Strong rooms operation background: Background in directing teams 3+ years experience in resorts Must possess strong English speaking/reading skills Provide coaching, support and mentorship to the Account Management Team Handle Customer Complaints & Customer Care Service Support Hotel Director in Operational Activities Support Hotel Director in Forecast/Budget Sales Measurement - Essential Duties and Responsibilities This role is office based and intended to drive the performance, morale and productivity of the account management team. It is expected that 30% of an individuals time will be spent on leading the team with 40% phone based activity with their account base, 5% travel required and the remainder spent on administration (Sales tools, emails, etc) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum of 1 years account management experience/hotel sales experience 2. High degree of communication skills in dealing with internal/external customers 3. Pro active approach, with strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement. ACCOUNTABILITY Number of employees supervised: Key Metrics 1. Achieving personal and team targeted sales revenue 2. Achieved personal and team sales account plan per account 3.
