tale area
3 marzo 2016 – Mondo TV annuncia di aver sottoscritto un nuovo contratto con Africa
Television Network, società con sede alle Mauritius, per la licenza di numerosi
programmi animati della propria library per la diffusione degli stessi in Africa. La
licenza avrà durata di tre anni e prevede la concessione dei diritti di trasmissione
televisiva e sui c.d. new media senza diritto di esclusiva a favore del licenziatario
Africa Television Network ha nella propria mission la creazione di canali tematici da
offrire su diverse piattaforme nel continente africano. Il contratto si presenta quindi
come uno strumento ideale di diffusione dei programmi Mondo TV in quanto destinati
alla trasmissione sia free che pay che Internet in un territorio che si mostra sempre di
più come mercato di alto gradimento per i prodotti della Mondo TV e sul quale Mondo
TV intende puntare in futuro per accrescere il proprio fatturato derivante da tale area.

Mondo TV executed a new agreement in Africa for numerous programs of its library
with the distributor Africa Television Network
Africa shows a high appreciation for Mondo TV’s programs, and Mondo TV intends to
increase in the future its efforts on such market to increase the revenues deriving
from such area
3 March 2016: Mondo TV informs to have executed a new agreement with Africa
Television Network, a company based in the Mauritius, for the license of numerous
animated programs of its library and their broadcasting in Africa. The license shall have
a three years duration and grants the broadcasting rights on TV and New Media,
without any exclusivity for the licensee.
Africa Television Netowrk mission is to create thematic channels to be offered on a
number of platforms in the African continent. The agreement is therefore an ideal
instrument for the diffusion of Mondo TV’s programs, which will be broadcasted both
on free and pay TV as well as in the Internet in a territory which shows even more high
appreciation for Mondo TV’s programs; for this reason, Mondo TV intends to increase
in the future its efforts on such market to increase the revenues deriving from such
area.
