Resignation of a Director
Milan, 9 April: Innovatec S.p.A. (hereinafter “Innovatec” and/or “Company”) listed on AIM Italia- Alternative
Capital Market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. active in the development and offer of innovative technologies, products and
services both for corporate and retail markets in the distributed generation context, smart grids, smart cities, energy
efficiency and storage announces that Mr. Stefano Guerzoni, non-executive non-independent director of the
Company, has tendered his resignation from the position due to personal reasons; The Company is now in the
process of identifying candidates to replace the resigned director.
