I. assembly mechanism.
1 - Attach the mechanism to the dial with the screw.
2 - apply the hour hand to the center tube. (The hour hand is automatically
fixed pressure.
3 - apply the minute hand.
4 - set the clock testarino tightening the fastener.
I. Assemblaggio meccanismo.
1- Fissate il meccanismo al quadrante con l’apposita vite.
2– applicate la lancetta delle ore al canotto centrale. (La lancetta delle ore si
fissa automaticamente a pressione.
3– applicate la lancetta dei minuti .
4– fissate le lancette avvitando il testarino di fissaggio.

II. Istruzioni d’uso per i movimenti al quarzo W2119 (senza pendolo) e
W2219 (con pendolo)
1-Solo per Movimenti con pendolo
Operare sul pendolo una lieve pressione verso destra per sbloccarlo dalla
sicura (1a).
-Agganciare con cura il pendolo
2-Batterie
Inserire le due batterie badando alla giusta polarità segnalata dai simboli sul
retro del movimento.
-Usare due batterie alcalino-manganese da 1.5V tipo Baby IEC LR 14, Size
C, AM 2
Consigliamo di sostituire le batterie una volta all’anno per mantenere
nitido il suono e per non far restare indietro l’ora.
-Attenzione: Se l’orologio rimane indietro, il pendolo si ferma o la melodia
suona male, la batteria è sicuramente scarica.
-In tutti i casi sostituire immediatamente entrambe le batterie.
3-Messa all’ora
Girare la sfera dei minuti-mai quella delle ore-oppure il bottone posteriore,
il senso di rotazione non ha importanza. A partire dalla prossima ora piena
il movimento inizierà a suonare nel modo corretto. Nel frattempo può
succedere che vengano suonati i quarti fuori tempo. Questa anomalia non
ha alcun effetto sul funzionamento dell’orologio.
-Il battito dei quarti è programmato elettronicamente e non può venire
innescato ruotando le lancette.
4-Regolazione potenziometrica del volume
Ruotando il bottone come da simbolo è possibile regolare a piacimento il
volume, dal massimo a zero.
-Se l’orologio non suona durante la messa in funzione, la reolazione del
volume è al minimo.
Posizionamento dell’orologio
Appendere gli orologi da parete perfettamente diritti, appoggiare gli orologi
da tavolo su una superficie in piano.
Spostare il pendolo dal centro di ca.3cm e lasciarlo andare, facendo
attenzione che non vi siano intralci all’oscillazione.
Precisione
Il movimento al quarzo è stato regolato in fabbrica per ottenere la massima
precisione, non è pertanto necessario provvedere ad ulteriori regolazioni.
La lunghezza del pendolo non ha influenza sulla precisione dato che essa
viene data dal cristallo di quarzo montato nel movimento stesso.

III. Regolazione delle lancette per movimento con suoneria.
1- Prima di posizionare le lancette, ruotare lendamente il bottone di
regolazione ora (Time Set know) fino a quando suona melodia e ore;
2– ascoltare quante ore ha suonato;
3– posizionare la lancetta delle ore sull’ora suonata;
4– posizionare la lancetta dei minuti sulle ore 12;
5– fissare le lancette avvitando il testarino di fissaggio;
6– attendere che suona il quarto successivo (se l’orologio è impostato sulla
suoneria Westminster) per assicurarsi che la melodia parta al quarto.
Se la melodia partisse prima o dopo il quarto d’ora preciso, trattenete con le
dita il bottone di regolazione ora e con l’altra mano ruotate leggermente la
lancetta dei minuti (in senso orario o antiorario a seconda se anticipava o
ritardava rispetto al quarto previsto)
-Ripetere l’operazione fino a trovare la posizione corretta.
N.B. quando ruotate le lancette con il bottone di regolazione l’orologio
suona sempre in anticipo.
La melodia suona in modo corretto solamente se le lancette ruotano senza il
nostro aiuto, in quanto il battito dei quarti è regolato elettronicamente e non
può essere innescato manualmente.

II. Instruction for movement W2119 (without pendulum) and W2219
(with pendulum)
1-Wall Clock Model
Unlock pendulum holder from its shipping position; 1a– by gently sliding
the pendulum out of its holder and to the right until it hangs freely.
-Remove protective cover from pendulum bob and carefully place
pendulum on hanger.
2-Batteries
Insert fresh 1.5V DC batteries (Type “C” LR14-AM2) according to the +/symbol. Alkaline type batteries should be used. Change batteries once a
year. This will ensure accurate time keeping and a consistent chime sound
for your enjoyment.
Low battery warning feature
If your clock starts chiming erratically, or (if equipped) the pendulum stops,
it is your notice to replace the current batteries with fresh ones.
3-Time setting
Set time by advancing the minute hand (NEVER hour hand) or use hand
setting knob at rear of movement clockwise or counter-clockwise to the
correct the time. The correct chiming will startat the next full hour. In the
interim, an unsynchronized chime may occur at the 1/4, 1/2 and 3/*4 hour
setting. This will correct itself at the next full hour.
4-Volume control
By turning the knob according to the symbol the volume can be adjusted to
a comfortable sound level, from max. sound to silent.
-If clock will not chime after inserting batteries please check if volume
control is not on “Silent”
Mounting Wall Clock models
Hang your wall clock vertically to the desired location. If possible, your
clock should be mounted on a wall stud. Be sure that the clock will not
shift on the wall when the door is opened.
-Start pendulum swinging by moving it approximately 1 inch (3cm) to de
left or right and releasing it.
-Be sure the pendulum can swing freely.
Regulation
Due to higth accurancy and reliability of the quartz movement, adjustment
to keep time is not necessary.

III. Hand adjustment for movement with chime.
1 - Before you place your hands, turn the adjusting knob lendamente hours
(Time Set know) until he plays the melody and hours;
2 - listen to how many hours he has played;
3 - Position the hour hand on the time played;
4 - place the minute hand at 12 o'clock;
5 - to set the hands testarino tightening the screws;
6 - wait until he plays the next quarter (if the clock is set to the melody
Westminster) to make sure that the melody starts on the fourth. If the
melody leaves before or after the fourth hour of clear, hold your fingers on
the button to adjust time and with your other hand gently rotate the minute
hand (clockwise or counterclockwise depending on whether anticipated or
delayed compared to the fourth provided)
-Repeat until you find the correct position.
ATTENTION: when you turn the hands with the adjusting knob
clock always rings early. The melody sounds correctly only if the
hands rotate without our help, because the chime sequence of the
quarter is controlled electronically and can not be demontrated by
moving the minute hand or the set knob manually.
