Eseguire una pulizia generale della sospensione.
Proteggere la superficie del tubo prima di chiuderlo in morsa,
come indicato in figura.
ATTENZIONE Stringere moderatamente la morsa così da non ovalizzare il tubo.

Utilizzare una chiave a forchetta di 17 mm per
sbloccare il tappo e svitarlo completamente

Estrarre completamente il tappo A e deporlo in un

Per non arrecare danni all ambiente raccogliere l olio
esausto e consegnarlo presso un centro preposto alla
raccolta.

Stringere in morsa i due attacchi

Togliere il seeger dalla propria sede.

Stringere in morsa il perno ruota e
infilare il gambale sul diametro
maggiore. Tirare il tubo con decisi
colpi fino all estrazione dello stesso.
Tighten grip the wheel pin and slide
the leg on the larger diameter

the tube with decisive blows until the
extraction of the same.
Sfilare dal tubo tutte le parti

Sostituire la parte A con una

Una volta inserito il tubo di forza con
la boccola A nel gambale, inserire la
boccola B e successivamente la
rondella appoggio paraolio C

facendo attenzione al senso di
montaggio (vedi foto)

Inserire il paraolio nel tubo (con la molla in vista
verso l alto). Inserire l attrezzo 0800DU007, nel verso
dello scalino interno.
Insert the oil seal in the tube (with the spring
ahead upwards). Insert the 0800DU007 tool with the
internal step side toward the oil seal.
Spingere
ingere con pressione costante il paraolio
nella propria sede fino ad appoggiarsi alla
sottostante ghiera C .
Push with constant pressure the oil seal in
its seat until it touch the C nut below.

Inserire il seeger nella propria sede
