Prices: All Prices in the catalogue are PER PERSON AND DAY. Prices for holiday fl ats
are PER DAY PER FLAT. All taxes are included in the price. Surcharge for stays of one to
three days, Bank Holidays/weekends, single rooms, and suites. The minimum (min.)
and maximum (max.) prices depend on the position, size and furnishing of the rooms.
For holiday fl ats the min. and max. prices depend on the number of people. The
seasons are included in the price list.
Various tips: All details about comfort and prices on the price list have been given
to the Tourist Office by the individual businesses. The legally valid prices come from
an oral or written agreement with the business concerned or through a booking by
the Tourist Offi ce. By early departure (earlier than the arranged date in the booking)
it is usual to charge the cost of the room for three days without board. Depending
on the situation, the cost of the whole holi day can also be charged.
Tourist Tax: was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. Revenues from the
Tourist Tax will be spent on tourist facilities and organisations. The Tourist Tax will be
levied on establishments providing accommodation on a per-guest and per-overnight
stay basis. The amount of this municipal tax depends on the category of the establishment and is charged as follows:
- 1,30 euro for establishments categorised as 4-star, 4-star “Superior” and 5-star
- 1,00 euro for establishments categorised as 3-star and 3-star “Superior”
- 0,70 euro for all other establishments i.e. commercial accommodation providers
categorised as up to two stars, “Holiday on the Farm” establishments and private
landlords.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The Tourist Tax is payable
upon departure and will be shown separately on each bill.
Prices with a * offer a reduction for children under 12 if they sleep in their parents bedroom.
Prices with indicate a price reduction for children sleeping in separate rooms.
