About the Composition. . GROUND FLOOR: Entrance, living room with sitting and dining area. Two stesp leads you down into the small fullequipped kitchen. There is also a half bathroom, next to the kitchen. the whole day area is open onto the patio and the garden. . FIRST Floor: Upstairs - about 12 easy steps - you find the bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with shower enclosure. A big window offer you a beautiful view. The house is provided with dish-washer and washing machine, television, WiFi and air conditioning. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs. Parasol. Dining here at the sunset … will be unforgettable. In the same property, the owners live, in their main villa. They are a lovely italian couple, Giovanna and Antonio who will host you with extreme elegance and taste. They are very friendly and hospitable. On the other side of the property another small house for two can be rented. Both the houses have their own private space, garden and furnished patio. The two houses are completely separated. They both have their full privacy. The owners share with their guests their garden, their orto with fresh vegetables and fruits, their (above ground) pool (7m *3,5m - open from may to october only) - You can walk all around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal.... The sophisticated taste of Giovanna, the owner, makes this place so enchanted! About the Location. the house is located at San Quirico di Moriano. Only 6/7 km north of Lucca's Walls. That's really a suggestive landscape.. out of time… I was born here, in this area so called Morianese .. and I can assure you that I haven’t found something like this area all over Italy yet! .. It is near everything yet far from noises and and traffic.. it is really peaceful and relaxing here. In less than 10 minutes you can drive to everything you may need: Lucca's walls, market, supermarket, churches, museums, historic sites.. shops and stores… Not only: your an walk to a restaurant in less than 10 minutes. If you like walking that’s the perfect place to walk around in a unforgettable countryside. Bring your walking shoes. Lucca is 10 minutes driving. The village of Ponte a Moriano is also only less than 10 minutes away. In Ponte a Moriano you will find the most BUONO gelato you have ever tried! but you can also find Pizzeria.. cafe… groceries... And every Tuesday morning in the main square in Ponte a Moriano there is the market.
