l’originaria officina meccanica in una
dinamica azienda di produzione e
commercializzazione di serbatoi
per aria compressa.
La sede di Agrate Brianza, alle porte
di Milano, si estende su un’area
di 7.500 mq ed è organizzata in
isole produttive di altissimo livello
tecnologico che permettono di
rispondere, in tempi brevissimi e con
il più rigoroso standard qualitativo,
alle richieste dei clienti di tutto il
mondo.

CUTTING AND
BENDING
Department entirely dedicated to
manufacturing special components and
structural works developed according to
customer specifications. An advanced
laser cutting machine, together
with numerically controlled bending
machines, allows creating any part of
the tank to customer specifications.
ZINCATURA,
GALVANISING,
DECAPAGGIO E PICKLING AND
PASSIVAZIONE PASSIVATION
Il processo di zincatura è certificato
UNI EN ISO 1461 e garantito da relativa
Dichiarazione di Conformità.
La zincatura, realizzata sia
internamente che esternamente,
permette di proteggere l’acciaio
utilizzato per la costruzione del
serbatoio dalle eventuali azioni corrosive
degli agenti atmosferici. Il serbatoio
viene immerso in un bagno di zinco fuso
grazie al quale l’acciaio si lega allo zinco
conferendo resistenza alla corrosione e
durevolezza nel tempo.
Il procedimento, oltre a rendere il
serbatoio inattaccabile dalla ruggine, ne
migliora l’aspetto estetico e ne aumenta
la resistenza a sollecitazioni di natura
chimica e meccanica.
Il processo di decapaggio consente di
eliminare in modo uniforme lo strato di
ossido che si forma dopo la saldatura e
permette la formazione di una pellicola
protettiva sulla superficie del serbatoio
aumentando cosi la sua resistenza e
durata nel tempo.
The galvanising process is certified
according to the UNI EN ISO 1461 and
guaranteed by the relative Declaration
of Conformity.
The tanks are galvanised internally and
externally to protect the steel against
corrosion caused by atmospheric
agents. The tank is immersed into
a bath of molten zinc to form a zinc
coating that is metallurgically bonded
to the steel, making it corrosionresistant and durable.
In addition to making the tank
impervious to rust, this procedure also
improves the aesthetic appearance and
increases resistance to chemical and
mechanical stresses.
The Pickling and Passivation process
allows removing the oxide layer that
is formed after welding and allows a
protective film to be formed on the
surface of the tank, which increases its
resistance and durability.
VERNICIATURA PAINT
E FINITURE
COATING AND
FINISHINGS
Il processo di verniciatura è certificato
UNI EN ISO 9000. Successivamente
al fosfosgrassaggio o alla sabbiatura i
serbatoi vengono inseriti in appositi forni
dove la polvere epossidica viene applicata
per mezzo di pistole automatiche
elettrostatiche. Terminata la
polimerizzazione della polvere il prodotto
viene ispezionato accuratamente
verificando eventuali difettosità.
Oltre alla colorazione standard blu RAL
5015, il servizio di verniciatura SEA è
in grado di fornire un’ampia gamma di
colori RAL con trattamento sia liscio che
bucciato.
Disponibile anche il trattamento di
verniciatura anticorrosiva mediante
l’applicazione elettrostatica di un primer,
per garantire massima resistenza in
ambienti critici.
UNI EN ISO 9000 certified coating
process. After a thorough phosphodegreasing or sanding process,
the tanks are placed inside special
furnaces where the epoxy powder
coating is applied using automatic
electrostatic guns. After polymerisation
of the powder, the product is carefully
inspected to check for any defects
before proceeding to final packaging.
In addition to the standard RAL 5015
blue colour, SEA coating service also
offers a wide range of RAL colours with
smooth and textured finish.
We also offer a corrosion-resistant
coating by the electrostatic application
of a primer to ensure maximum
resistance even in critical environments.
Verniciatura interna antibatterica*
L’argento è una sostanza largamente
utilizzata fin dall’antichità per la sua
attività antibatterica.
Con il termine antibatterico si intende
una sostanza organica o inorganica
che uccide o inibisce la crescita dei
microorganismi.
Il trattamento di verniciatura interna
agli Ioni di Argento garantisce una
riduzione della carica batterica del
99,999% e impedisce al tempo stesso
la proliferazione di muffe e funghi.
Il materiale utilizzato per questo tipo
di trattamento è approvato dalla FDA
(USA Food & Drugs Administration),
dalla EFSA (European Food Safety
Authority) e registrato in base alla BPD
(Biocidal Products Directive – Europe)
rendendolo particolarmente indicato
per il settore medicale.

Internal antibacterial paint coating*
The antibacterial activity of silver has
been well known since ancient times.
An antibacterial is an agent that
either kills or inhibits the growth and
reproduction of bacteria.
The inside of the tanks are coated
with ion silver paint that results in a
99.999% reduction of bacterial load and
at the same time prevents the growth
of mould and mildew.
The material used for this type of
treatment is approved by the FDA (USA
Food & Drugs Administration), EFSA
(European Food Safety Authority)
and registered according to the BPD
(Biocidal Products Directive – Europe)
making it particularly suitable for the
medical field.
