Il prodotto è stato testato con Patch occlusivo presso il Centro di
Ricerca e Sviluppo dei Prodotti Cosmetici del Dipartimento di
Farmacia dell’Università di Napoli “Federico II” e risulta “non
irritante” per la cute cioè il livello più sicuro

an occlusive patch at Research and Development Centre of
Cosmetic Products Centro of the Department of Pharmacy of the
University of Naples “Federico II” and has resulted “non-irritating” for
the skin, that is the safest level.

Questa scheda è stata redatta allo scopo di aiutare i datori di lavoro ad ottemperare agli
obblighi del DLgs. 81/08 e s.m.i. in materia di igiene, sicurezza e salute dei lavoratori.
In particolare, qui vengono considerati i possibili rischi derivanti dall’utilizzo di prodotti chimici
(detergenti) in conseguenza delle loro proprietà chimico-fisiche, chimiche o tossicologiche.
Si precisa tuttavia che, i prodotti cosmetici finiti, sono una particolare categoria di detergenti,
realizzati secondo lo specifico Regolamento (CE) 1223/2009, e sono quindi esclusi dal
Regolamento (CE) 1907/2006 (REACH) per quanto concerne l’obbligo relativo alle schede di

sicurezza (art. 31 e 32).
I prodotti cosmetici finiti inoltre, sono totalmente esclusi anche dal campo di applicazione del
Regolamento 1272/2008 (CLP) relativo all’obbligo di classificazione ed etichettatura di
pericolosità oltre che dalle disposizioni inerenti le schede di sicurezza dello stesso
regolamento.

ravvicinamento delle disposizioni legislative, regolamentari e amministrative degli Stati membri relative alla
classificazione, all’imballaggio e all’etichettatura dei preparati pericolosi.
This safety data sheet has been written to help employers to adhere the obligations of the
Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments regarding hygiene, safety and health
of employees.
In particular, hereby, the possible risks arising from the use of chemical products (detergents)
are considered as a consequence of the chemical – physical, chemical or toxicological
properties.
However, we point out that the finished cosmetic products constitute a particular category of
detergents, made in accordance with the specific Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and so they are
excluded from Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH) concerning the obligation of the safety
data sheet (art. 31 and 32).
Furthermore, the finished cosmetic products, are totally excluded from the scope of the
Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP) concerning the classification and labeling of risks in addition to
the provisions relating to the data safety sheet of the regulation.

15 minuti, tenendo le palpebre bene aperte, e consultare con urgenza un medico se il dolore, il
