About Us
East End Studios è un Events Point all'avanguardia nato dal
sapiente recupero architettonico di edifici un tempo adibiti alla
costruzione di aeroplani. Le location che ne fanno parte sono il
risultato di un attento restauro, dove il recupero quasi filologico
degli ambienti, delle loro caratteristiche e della loro memoria si
è integrato con elementi altamente funzionali alle nuove
esigenze tecnologiche. Location di varie dimensioni, in grado
di accogliere differenti tipologie di evento; convention, lanci di
nuovi prodotti, serate di gala, sfilate di moda, concerti,
produzioni televisive, eventi fieristici, spot pubblicitari.
E' possibile accedere ad una serie di servizi che gravitano
attorno alla realizzazione di un evento, senza per questo essere
vincolati all'utilizzo dei nostri partner e fornitori. Modularità,
flessibilità e funzionalità. Questi i punti di forza di East End
Studios che si conferma uno tra i più grandi centro eventi
privato in Italia.
East End Studios is an avant-garde Events Point thanks to a wise
refurbishment of the buildings formerly used to construct
airplanes. The concerned facilities are the result of an attentive
restoration where the nearly philological renovation of the
buildings, of their features as well as of their history has been
combined with highly functional and technologic equipment.
These facilities - of different size - can host a variety of events,
from conventions to new product launches, from gala evenings
to fashion shows, from concerts to TV productions.
Our customers have at disposal a series of events related
services which are made available by our partners and
suppliers. The client is free to make use of them.
Modularity, flexibility and functionality are the key features of
East End Studios that confirm its leading role as one of the most
extensive private event venues in Italy.
4400 mq – sqm.
Un grande spazio che sa farsi anche piccolo: 4400 mq complessivi
suddivisi in varie aree, da 300 a 1600 mq. Un camaleonte in grado di
“cambiare pelle” per accogliere qualsiasi tipologia di evento, dalla
manifestazione fieristica al lancio di un nuovo prodotto, ad una
elegante cena di gala.
This outsized space is able to transform itself in small ones – from
300 to 1600 sqm. – thanks to its 4400 sqm. highly versatile areas.
This chameleon-like venue can therefore host any event type, from
fair exhibitions to new product launches or to elegant gala dinners.

Primogenito degli East End Studios, lo Spazio Antologico racchiude
tutto il fascino della location post-industriale: mattone rosso a vista,
travi in ferro e soffitto a “shed” sono magistralmente coniugati con
elementi architettonici di design, ascensore in cristallo e travi porta
luce che creano una cornice ricca di atmosfere suggestive.
As East End Studios' forefather, Spazio Antologico is a charming
facility characterised by red bricks, iron bars and industrial sheds.
This location is masterfully blended with architectural design
elements as glass elevator and lighting trusses thus creating a
suggestive atmosphere.

500 mq – sqm.
Con un'altezza di quasi 9 metri, attrezzata con un sistema funzionale
di ganci sul soffitto per agevolare l'appendimento di scenografie e
impianti tecnici, la nuova location si conforma al “mood” industriale.
Dislocata accanto allo Spazio Antologico, Spazio Litometalli può
lavorare in completa autonomia oppure ospitare eventi che per
tipologia prevedano l'utilizzo di entrambe.
Adiacente allo Spazio Litometalli c'è uno splendido loft. Si compone
di una serie di aree diversificate ma comunicanti tra loro e di un
piccolo cortile a cielo aperto. Una location alternativa che ha ospitato
set televisivi di famosi reality, caratterizzata da mattone rosso a vista
e daylight, da un piano superiore con 2 stanze ed una balconata
interna in affaccio sull'area sottostante.
This nearly 9 meters high and 1300 sqm. large venue follows the new
industrial design trend. Spazio Litometalli is equipped with an
efficient ceiling hook system that allows to rig scenographies and
technical equipment. Adjoining to Spazio Antologico, this facility
can either work completely autonomous or host events using both
neighbouring facilities.
This is a beautiful and alternative loft adjacent to Spazio Litometalli,
and comprises a series of areas with a small open-air courtyard. This
location has a main hall with good daylight, which has been used as
the set of various well-known reality TV shows. Its main features are
red bricks, an upper floor with two rooms, and an internal balcony that
overlooks the ground floor.

Lo Spazio Caproni si articola in diverse aree; due di esse ospitano
teatri di posa per set fotografici e spot pubblicitari, con la presenza di
un limbo tra i più grandi sul mercato. Ne completano il profilo
l'adiacente falegnameria per la realizzazione di scenografie su
misura, l'area magazzino, gli uffici e i camerini per le produzioni.
Tra le location più piccole della famiglia East End Studios,
rappresenta un gioiello nel recupero architettonico della facciata
esterna, enfatizzato da una scalinata in alluminio che ripropone il
felice sodalizio tra design e archeologia industriale. Ampie vetrate
del soffitto a “shed” nel primo piano e tanto altro ancora, ne fanno
uno splendido loft per piccoli eventi.
Studio Caproni consists of many areas; two of which act as studio
sets for advertising and photography, thanks to one of the widest
seamless green-screen on the market. In addition, the enclosed
scenic carpentry enables custom sets; a storage area, production
offices and make-up rooms complete this Studio's profile.
The smallest space of the East End Studios, Spazio del Progetto is a
jewel of architectonic restructuring. The façade is emphasized by an
aluminium staircase that confirms the ideal combination between
design and industrial archaeology. This beautiful loft for small events
is also characterised by bright glass sheds on the roof of the first
floor.
