Una mattina del 2008 due amici si svegliarono di buon’ora
nella stanza di un hotel, sull’altra sponda dell’Atlantico. I
loro bagagli erano stati smarriti la notte precedente e gli
unici indumenti di cui disponevano erano quelli del giorno
prima. Nonostante non fosse iniziata nel migliore dei modi,
quella si rivelò essere la giornata in cui ebbe inizio un viaggio del tutto diverso: nacque così Bread & Boxers.
One early morning in 2008 two friends woke up in
a hotel room on the other side of the Atlantic. Their
baggage had been lost the night before and the only
clothing offered was the ones from yesterday. Although this morning did not start out very well, it turned
out to be the morning that Bread & Boxers was born
and a whole different journey was about to begin.
Bread & Boxers iniziò come un’estensione del mini bar, un
salvavita per viaggiatori che amano spostarsi leggeri, o se si
vuole, il meglio del servizio in camera. Dopo il successo del
lancio di una nuova linea di intimo, che includeva boxer, slip e
calzini, disponibili nelle stanze d’albergo, gli ospiti iniziarono a
domandare se fosse possibile trovare i loro nuovi articoli di intimo preferiti nei negozi vicino casa. Dato che siamo molto attenti alle esigenze dei nostri clienti, dalla primavera del 2011,
presso una serie di negozi selezionati in tutta la Scandinavia,
è disponibile una collezione estesa con prodotti base da uomo
per ogni giorno, e in più sono in arrivo molte altre novità.
Bread & Boxers started as an extension of the mini
bar, a life saver for light travelers, or if you will, room
service at its best. After a successful launch of a line
of new underwear favorites, including boxers, panties
and socks, accessible in hotel rooms, guests started
to ask if they could find their new favorite underwear
in stores closer to them. We listen closely to our customers and therefore, since the spring of 2011, an
extended collection with everyday basics for men can
be found in selected stores throughout Scandinavia
with more to come.
Vogliamo le alternative migliori e più semplici per l’intimo
di base. Avere a disposizione ogni giorno dell’intimo di ottima qualità dovrebbe essere semplice come avere il pane la
mattina a colazione. Dopo tutto, gli indumenti che indossiamo ogni giorno contano più di quelli che indossiamo solo
una volta ogni tanto.
We want simpler, better alternatives for everyday
basics. Being part of the everyday routine, getting
great underwear, should be as simple as picking up
the morning bread. After all, the things we wear
everyday matters more than the things we wear only
once in a while.
