IORGIO PIOTTO,
titolare dell’omonima azienda di mobili di
Rossano Veneto (Vi) ha potuto apprendere
l’arte della lavorazione del legno, fin dall’infanzia,
nella bottega di famiglia. Trasferitosi in Canada,
durante l’adolescenza, ha qui potuto vivere a
stretto contatto con le sconfinate foreste di questo
continente, imparando, ben presto, a conoscerne
il “cuore” e tutti i segreti, specialmente quelli del
legno. Di tutta questa esperienza e di tutte queste
conoscenze Piotto ha fatto “tesoro”, un tesoro
che ha saputo trasferire poi sapientemente e con
maestria nel suo lavoro.
Tornato dal Canada infatti, negli anni ’70, ha
coltivato con passione i valori profondi della
tradizione veneta e con entusiasmo e tanta
dedizione ha saputo trasformare la bottega
di famiglia a conduzione familiare, in un’azienda
artigiana dall’impostazione moderna e di classe.
Da quel momento la sua è stata tutta una ricerca
verso la realizzazione del “bello” e del “gusto
estetico”, non disgiunti da quel grande amore
per il legno, per la natura che aveva scoperto

IORGIO PIOTTO,
owner of the company with the same
name in Rossano Veneto (Vicenza), was
able to learn the art of working wood, ever since
he was a child, in his family’s workshop. Moving to
Canada during the teen-age years, he lived in close
contact with the unending forests of the continent
and quickly learned to know the “heart” and the
secrets of these forests, and especially the secrets
of wood. Piotto has made a “treasure” out of all
this experience and knowledge, a treasure he has
been able to transfer with great knowledge and
craftsmanship into his work.
As a matter of fact, on returning from Canada in the
‘70s, he cultivated with passion the deep values
of Venetian tradition and, with enthusiasm and
great dedication, was able to transform the family
workshop into a modern and first-rate business.
From that moment on he has always sought to
realize “beauty” and “an aesthetic taste”, that
cannot be disjoined from his great love for wood and
for nature which he had discovered inside of himself
ever since he was young.

La ditta Giorgio Piotto si prefigge lo scopo di
soddisfare non solo le esigenze del cliente ma anche

Il legno, come la pelle, deve essere idratato e nutrito per conservare nel tempo il suo naturale
splendore, il calore e la morbidezza originari. Per mantenere a lungo e inalterata la bellezza
di ogni sua creazione, Giorgio Piotto consiglia ogni tanto un tocco delicato e magico di cera d’api.
Un rito antico da concludere con il prezioso gesto di un panno morbido che regalerà alle venature
lucentezza e fulgore squisiti, ripagandovi immediatamente del piccolo sforzo che richiede.
Il kit di manutenzione è inoltre corredato di un DVD contente un video che illustra tutte le fasi
di produzione dei nostri mobili.
MAINTENANCE KIT
Wood, just like leather, needs to be hydrated and nourished topreserve its original natural
splendour, warmth and softness over time. Giorgio Piotto thus suggests to resort from time to
time to a delicate and magic touch of beeswax to keep the beauty of his creations unaltered for
a long time. You only need to respect the ancient ritual of a simple but precious gesture: dusting
with a soft cloth.Thanks to this little effort you will immediately give the grains of your wood
furniture extraordinary gloss and brightness!
The kit of maintenance moreover a video is equipped with a content DVD that illustrates all is
