Stella's practice focuses on Sports & Media Law, including advising athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, leagues and companies on
sponsorship, endorsement and merchandising contracts, as well as assisting in international sports arbitration proceedings.
In addition, Stella also advises domestic and foreign clients on drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements (e.g.
consultancy; agency; supply; distribution; licence; franchising; merchandising; general terms and conditions).
Highlights
Stella has recently advised:
a football coach in an international arbitration proceeding vis-à-vis a foreign football club and subsequent enforcement of
the award
as a national expert in favour of the institute that successfully tendered for a sports-law study launched by the European
commission.
an Italian first division football club in an international arbitration proceeding against an English first division football club.
