Note sulla sicurezza
- Utilizzare l'alimentazione specificata per il collegamento (supporta CA 24V).
- Non tentare di smontare la telecamera: esiste il rischio di scossa elettrica; non rimuovere le viti o i coperchi.
- All'interno non sono presenti parti che possono essere riparare dall'utente. In caso di guasto, rivolgersi il prima possibile al
centro assistenza più vicino.
- Evitare di azionare il prodotto in modo improprio, sottoporlo a urti o vibrazioni, forti pressioni che possono danneggiarlo.
- Non utilizzare detergenti corrosivi per pulire il corpo principale della telecamera. Se necessario, utilizzare un panno morbido
e asciutto per pulirla; in caso di sporco resistente utilizzare un detergente neutro. È possibile utilizzare detergenti per mobili di
qualità.
- Non puntare la telecamera direttamente verso oggetti estremamente luminosi, ad esempio il sole, in quanto si potrebbe danneggiare il sensore d'immagine.
- Seguire le istruzioni per installare la telecamera. Non rovesciare la telecamera, altrimenti riceverà un'immagine rovesciata.
- Non azionarla in caso temperatura, umidità e alimentazioni non corrispondano ai limiti o valori specificati.
- Tenere lontano da fonti di calore quali radiatori, bocchette dell'aria calda, stufe e simili.
- Non esporre il prodotto al flusso d'aria diretto di un condizionatore dell'aria. In caso contrario potrebbe formarsi condensa
all'interno della cupola trasparente a causa della differenza di temperatura tra l'interno e l'esterno della telecamera dome.

Capitolo 1 Introduzione
1.1 Panoramica
La telecamera Speed Dome è un'apparecchiatura front-end utilizzata per acquisire video. La tecnologia di flip digitale consente
di riprendere immagini in tutte le direzioni e monitorare senza punti ciechi. Utilizza le tecnologie più avanzate, quali la tecnologia
di codifica e decodifica video ed è conforme al protocollo TCP/IP, SoC. ecc. per assicurare la stabilità e l'affidabilità del sistema.
L'unità comprende due parti: il dispositivo IP-CAM e il software di gestione centrale (abbreviato in CVM Elvox). Il CVM Elvox consente di centralizzare tutti i dispositivi via Internet o LAN e creare un buon impianto di sorveglianza che offre gestione unificata
e attivazione in remoto di tutti i dispositivi in rete.
Questo prodotto è ampiamente utilizzato nelle banche, nei sistemi di telecomunicazione, siti di fornitura elettrica, enti statali,
fabbriche, magazzini, centri urbani ecc. È inoltre la scelta ideale per aree di sorveglianza a medio e alto rischio.

Capitolo 2 Installazione e connessione
2.1 Installazione scheda TF e collegamento dell’alimentazione
Installare la scheda di archiviazione:
1 - Allentare le viti fisse della cabina come illustrato di seguito.
2 - Inserire la scheda TF nello slot della scheda di archiviazione.
3 - Rimontare la cabina e fissarla con le viti.

- Collegamento dell’allarme
Ingresso allarme:
a) Sono disponibili sette diverse porte indipendenti per l’allarme (ALARM-IN1~7) e una porta di messa a terra (ALM-GND).
b) Sono disponibili tre stati di ingresso dell’allarme: “OFF/NC/NO” (Spento/Normalmente chiuso/Normalmente aperto). Se si seleziona “OFF” il sistema non controlla lo stato di ALM-IN e ALM-GND. Se si seleziona “NO”, collegare la tensione DC 5V~DC12V
tra la porta dell’ingresso allarme ALM-IN e la porta di messa a terra (ALM-GND) per attivare l’allarme (vedi Fig .1). Se si seleziona “NC”, scollegare la tensione tra le porte di ingresso di allarme (ALM-IN) e la porta di messa a terra (ALM-GND) per attivare
l’allarme.
Uscita allarme:
a) Supporta l'uscita allarme a 1 canale incluse le connessioni OPEN e COM.
b) Opzioni: OFF, IN1. Se si seleziona OFF, non verrà emesso alcun allarme. Se si seleziona IN1, l'allarme viene emesso solo
quando l'ingresso allarme corrispondente attiva l'allarme.
c) Un interruttore passivo che consente all'utente di collegare i dispositivi di allarme.
- Collegamento RS485
È possibile collegare la tastiera per monitorare la speed dome tramite l'interfaccia RS485.
2.3 Installazione del CVM Elvox
Individuare il software CVM Elvox nel CD e fare doppio clic sul file di installazione "Setup.exe" per visualizzare la procedura di
installazione guidata. Installare il software seguendo le istruzioni visualizzate a video. Dopo aver completato l'installazione verranno visualizzate le icone CVM Elvox e IP-Tool sul desktop. Consultare il manuale dell'utente del software per maggiori dettagli.
Se è necessario installare IP-Tool separatamente, fare doppio clic sul pacchetto di installazione e installarlo seguendo le istruzioni a video. Al termine dell'installazione fare doppio clic sull'icona IP-Tool per avviarlo.
Capitolo 3 Accesso remoto da Internet Explorer
È possibile collegare IP-Cam tramite LAN o WAN. In questo documento viene utilizzato come esempio il browser Internet Explorer 6.0. Di seguito sono indicati i dettagli:
3.1 LAN
In una LAN è possibile accedere a IP-Cam in due modi: 1. accesso da IP-Tool; 2. accesso diretto da Internet Explorer.
3.1.1 Accesso tramite IP-Tool
1 - Assicurarsi che PC e IP-Cam siano collegati alla LAN e che IP-Tool sia stato installato sul PC dal CD.
2 - Fare doppio clic sull'icona IP-Tool sul desktop per eseguire il software, come illustrato di seguito:
3 - Modificare l'indirizzo IP. L'indirizzo IP predefinito di questa telecamera è 192.168.226.201. Fare clic sulle informazioni elencate nella tabella sopra riportata per visualizzare le informazioni di rete sulla destra. Modificare l'indirizzo IP e il gateway
della telecamera e assicurarsi che l'indirizzo di rete si trovi nello stesso segmento della rete locale del computer. Modificare
l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo in base alla situazione specifica.

Ad esempio, l'indirizzo del computer in uso è 192.168.13.4. Di conseguenza l'indirizzo della telecamera deve essere cambiato in
192.168.13.X. Dopo la modifica inserire la password di amministratore e fare clic sul pulsante "Modifica" per modificare l'impostazione.
La password predefinita dell'amministratore è "123456".
4 - Fare doppio clic sull'indirizzo IP, il sistema aprirà Internet Explorer per collegare l'IP-CAM. Internet Explorer scarica automaticamente i controlli ActiveX. Dopo il download si apre la finestra di accesso illustrata di seguito.
Inserire il nome utente e la password per accedere.
Il nome utente predefinito è "admin" e la password "123456".
3.1.2
Accesso diretto da Internet Explorer
Le impostazioni di rete predefinite sono indicate di seguito:
Indirizzo IP: 192.168.226.201
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.226.1
HTTP: 80
Porta dati: 9008
È possibile utilizzare le impostazioni predefinite sopra riportate quando si esegue l'accesso alla telecamera per la prima volta.
1 - Impostare manualmente l'indirizzo IP del PC e il segmento di rete come impostazioni predefinite della telecamera IP. Aprire la
rete e il centro di condivisione. Fare clic su "Connessione alla rete locale (LAN)" per visualizzare la seguente finestra.

Selezionare "Proprietà" quindi selezionare il protocollo Internet opportuno (ad esempio: IPV4). Fare quindi clic sul pulsante
"Proprietà" per impostare la rete del PC.
2 - Aprire Internet Explorer e inserire l'indirizzo predefinito dell'IP-CAM e confermare. Internet Explorer scarica automaticamente i controlli ActiveX.
3 - Dopo il download dei controlli ActiveX, viene visualizzata la finestra di dialogo di accesso.
4 - Inserire il nome e la password predefinite quindi premere Invio.
3.2WAN
Accedere alla telecamera tramite il router o il server virtuale, ad esempio:
1 - Assicurarsi che la telecamera sia ben collegata tramite la LAN, quindi accedere alla telecamera tramite LAN e andare al
menu Config

2 - Andare al menu Config

IP Address per modificare l'indirizzo IP.
3 - Accedere all'interfaccia di gestione del router tramite Internet Explorer per inoltrare l'indirizzo IP e la porta della telecamera
nel "Server virtuale".

5.3 Impostazione telecamera
Quando si accede al menu di configurazione della telecamera viene visualizzata la schermata seguente.
La configurazione della telecamera include le impostazioni di controllo telecamera, configurazione immagine, limite di prossimità
della messa a fuoco, velocità zoom, Zoom digitale, PAL/NTSC, modo giorno/notte, sensibilità IR e inizializzazione obiettivo.
5.3.1 Controllo telecamera
Quando si seleziona Camera Control viene visualizzata la schermata seguente.
BLC (compensazione del controluce): quando il controluce è tanto forte che la parte in primo piano è scura, attivare BLC per
migliorare la luminosità di tutta l'immagine potenziando la visibilità dell'immagine in primo piano.
HLC (compensazione alte luci): se attivato, la parte più scura viene schiarita, mentre la parte con alte luci viene soppressa.
HLC Level (livello HLC): da 00 a 20.
3D-DNR: riduce la rumorosità della luminosità e del colore dell'immagine in condizioni di luce scarsa.
Color Level (Livello di colore): regola il colore dello schermo.
Sharpness (Nitidezza): imposta la definizione dell'immagine.
WDR (Ampia gamma dinamica): se WDR è attivo è possibile vedere chiaramente anche le alte luci, le ombre e il controluce.
Gamma: misurazione del contrasto dell'immagine.
CAM Defog (Antiappanamento): alcuni prodotti supportano questa funzione.

Impostazione immagine
Selezionare Image Setup (Impostazione immagine) per accedere al seguente sottomenu.
AE MODE (Modalità Esposizione automatica): Auto (automatico), Bright (Luminosità), Shut (Otturatore), IRIS (Apertura diaframma) e
Manual (Manuale) sono opzionali.
Brightness (Luminosità): da 0 (più scuro) a 20 (più chiaro).
Shutter (Otturatore): a un valore inferiore dell'otturatore della telecamera corrisponde un'immagine più luminosa. È disponibile solo se il
modo otturatore è impostato su manuale.
IRIS (Apertura diaframma): maggiore è il valore di apertura del diaframma maggiore è la quantità di luce che entra nella telecamera. È
disponibile solo se la telecamera è in modo IRIS o Manual.
AGC: più è alto il valore, maggiore è la luminosità e più sono alti i rumori dell'immagine.
WB Mode (Modo WB): modo bilanciamento del bianco. È possibile scegliere tra due opzioni, automatico e manuale. Selezionare il modo
in base alle diverse condizioni di luce.
MWB Red Gain (Guadagno del rosso): l'operazione ha effetto solo se il bilanciamento del bianco è in modo manuale.
MWB Blue Gain (Guadagno del blu): l'operazione ha effetto solo se il bilanciamento del bianco è in modo manuale.
Image Flip (Ribaltamento immagine): rovescia l'immagine.
- MIRR: ruota l'immagine a sinistra o a destra.
- Flip: ruota l'immagine verso l'alto o verso il basso.

5.3.3 Limite di prossimità della messa a fuoco
Focus Near Limit imposta la distanza di messa a fuoco più vicina.
5.3.4 Velocità zoom
Zoom Speed regola la velocità dello zoom. L'intervallo di valori è da 1 a 8.
5.3.5 Zoom digitale
DZoom attiva/disattiva lo zoom digitale. Dopo aver attivato il modo zoom digitale, lo zoom digitale può essere aumentato in base allo
zoom ottico.
5.3.6 Formato video
Video Format cosnete di selezionare il formato video: PAL o NTSC.
5.3.7 Modo giorno/notte
L'opzione Day & Night Mode include quattro modalità: Auto, Night, Day e Time.
- Auto: la telecamera commuta automaticamente tra giorno e notte in base alla luce ambientale.
- Night: la telecamera è sempre in modalità notte. Questa modalità deve essere utilizzata solo di notte.
- Day: la telecamera è sempre in modalità giorno. Questa modalità deve essere utilizzata solo di giorno.
- Time: la telecamera commuta il modo tra giorno e notte a intervalli regolari.
5.3.8 Sensibilità IR
Utilizzare IR Sensitivity per impostare il livello diCRUISE

in base al tipo di sensore.
ALARM IN MODE (Modo ingresso allarme): ON, OFF e TIME (Orario) sono facoltativi.
ALARM CALL (Richiama allarme): richiama il preset richiesto. Quando si verifica il primo ingresso allarme, la telecamera passa automaticamente a questo preset per eseguire il monitoraggio.
ARM TIME/DISARM TIME (Attiva/disattiva orario): imposta l'allarme in modalità "TIME". L'ingresso allarme corrente può attivare l'allarme
rilevante durante questo periodo quando scatta un allarme.

Mask NO. (Numero maschera): impostare l’area oscurata corrente. È possibile impostare fino a un massimo di 8 aree oscurate.
Mask Color (Maschera colore): selezionare il colore da oscurare.
Create Mask (Crea maschera): Andare al sottomenu “Create Mask”, posizionare la visione dell’immagine da Mascherare, muovendo i pulsanti direzione, selezionare IRIS – (meno), la maschera compare al centro dello schermo, quindi impostare l’area da
oscurare modificando le dimensioni, muovendo i pulsanti di direzione dell’interfaccia di visualizzazione live. Successivamente,
richiamare il Preset 1 e fare clic per salvare l’area oscurata.
Delete Current Mask (Elimina maschera corrente): selezionare questo menu per eliminare l’area oscurata corrente.
Delete All Mask (Elimina tutte le maschere): selezionare questo menu per eliminare tutte le aree oscurate.

Posizione iniziale

System Setup
Home Position come mostrato di seguito:
1 - Attivare la funzione di ritorno alla posizione iniziale dopo aver selezionato il preset da impostare.
2 - Selezionare il tempo di ritardo (da 007s a 180s) e uscire dal menu.
Quando il tempo di stand-by della telecamera dome supera il tempo di ritardo, la telecamera esegue automaticamente il comando per monitorare il preset selezionato.
5.6 Impostazione display
In Display Setup è possibile attivare la visualizzazione di titolo, ora, temperatura, zoom immagine, direzione, titolo preset o
sistema.
5.7 Impostazione tergicristallo

5.8
Carica impostazioni predefinite
Sono disponibili tre menu: Master reset (Reset generale) Master clear (Cancellazione generale) e System reboot (Riavvio del
sistema).
Master Reset: ripristina lo stato della telecamera e il menu attivo sui valori predefiniti di fabbrica ma non cancella parametri quali
i patrol preimpostati.
Master Clear: ripristina la telecamera sui valori predefiniti di fabbrica.
System Reboot: riavvia la telecamera.
Capitolo 6 Configurazione remota
Le funzioni di configurazione remota includono: System Configuration (Configurazione del sistema), Video Configuration (Configurazione video), PTZ Configuration (Configurazione PTZ), Alarm Configuration (Configurazione allarme), Network Configuration (Configurazione rete) e Advanced Configuration (Configurazione avanzata). Selezionare prima il menu a sinistra quindi
impostare i parametri relativi. Quando un utente configura i parametri di un determinato dispositivo, gli altri utenti non possono
impostare lo stesso dispositivo.
6.1
Configurazione del sistema
Il menu System Configuration include tre sottomenu: Basic Information (Informazioni di base), Date & Time (Data e ora) e SD
Card (Scheda SD).
6.1.1
Informazioni di base
Nell'interfaccia Basic Information è possibile impostare il nome del dispositivo e controllare le relative informazioni del server.
1. Fare clic sull'icona "Config" per visualizzare l'elenco dei menu.

Scheda SD

SD Card come illustrato di seguito:
La prima volta che si utilizza la scheda SD, fare clic su "Format SD card" (Formatta scheda SD).
Fare clic su "Eject card" (Espelli scheda) per non scrivere più dati sulla scheda SD. La scheda SD verrà espulsa in modo sicuro.
Nota: l'utilizzo della funzione scheda SD dovrebbe essere coordinato con l'allarme di movimento.
Quando l'allarme viene attivato, il sistema scatta automaticamente un'istantanea e salva l'immagine nella scheda SD.
6.2 Configurazione video
La configurazione della telecamera include tre sottomenu: Camera Configuration (Configurazione telecamera), Video Stream (Flusso
video), OSD Configuration (Configurazione OSD) e ROI Configuration (Configurazione ROI).
6.2.1
Configurazione telecamera

5. Attivare la funzione mirror immagine e flip immagine. 6. Premere il pulsante "Save" per salvare le impostazioni.

Acquistare il software per l'upgrade presso il fornitore e salvarlo sul PC. Fare quindi clic sul pulsante "Browse" (Sfoglia) per

Configurazione allarme
La configurazione dell'allarme include sei sottomenu: Motion Detection Area (Area rilevamento movimento), Motion Detection
Trigger (Attivazione rilevamento movimento), Motion Detection Schedule (Programmazione rilevamento movimento), Alarm
Input Trigger (Attivazione ingresso allarme), Alarm Input Schedule (Programmazione ingresso allarme) e Alarm Out (Uscita

Area rilevamento movimento
1. Andare a Alarm configuration

Attivazione rilevamento movimento
Motion Detection Trigger per visualizzare l'interfaccia visualizzata di seguito:
1. Andare a Alarm configuration
2. Selezionare la casella di controllo "Enable alarm" (Attivazione allarme) per attivare l'allarme basato sul movimento.
3. Impostare il tempo di durata dell'allarme
4. Impostare le opzioni di attivazione allarme.
Alarm Out (Uscita allarme): se selezionata, questa opzione attiva l'uscita del relè esterno quando viene rilevato un allarme basato
sul movimento.
Trigger Snap (Attiva istantanea): se questa opzione è selezionata, il sistema scatta istantanee quando si verifica un allarme e le
salva automaticamente nella scheda SD.
Trigger Email (Attiva email): se la casella di invio email e immagine allegata è selezionata, e se sono stati impostati indirizzi email
nell'interfaccia di configurazione della posta, le immagini scattate durante l'allarme e l'evento saranno inviati a tali indirizzi.
Trigger FTP (Attiva FTP): se "Uploading picture" (Caricamento immagine) è selezionato, le istantanee scattate all'attivazione saranno inviate all'indirizzo del server FTP. Fare riferimento al capitolo sulla configurazione dell'FTP per ulteriori dettagli.

6.4.3
Programmazione rilevamento movimento
Selezionare Alarm configuration
Motion Detection schedule per visualizzare la finestra illustrata di seguito.
Programmazione settimanale
Consente di impostare l'orario dell'allarme da lunedì a domenica per attivare l'allarme ogni giorno della settimana.
Nota: la linea orizzontale corrisponde al giorno della settimana, le righe verticali indicano le 24 ore. Fare clic con il mouse sul
riquadro per impostare le ore per l'allarme. Il verde indica l'area selezionata. Lo spazio vuoto indica l'area non selezionata.
"Add" (Aggiungi): aggiunge la programmazione per un determinato giorno.
"Erase" (Cancella): elimina la programmazione dei festivi.
Programmazione giornaliera
Consente di impostare l'orario per l'allarme per un periodo determinato di un giorno determinato, ad esempio un festivo.
1. Selezionare una data dall'elenco a discesa "Date" (Data), premere il pulsante "Add" per aggiungere tale data alla casella di
elenco sulla destra, quindi spostare la barra di scorrimento per impostare la programmazione di tale giorno.
2. Selezionare una data nella casella di elenco sulla destra e premere "Erase" (Cancella) per rimuovere la programmazione
per quel giorno.
Premere il pulsante "Save" per salvare le impostazioni.
Nota: la programmazione dei festivi ha la precedenza sulla programmazione settimanale.
6.4.4
Attivazione ingresso allarme

3. Attivare l'allarme e selezionare il tempo di durata dell'allarme.
4. Impostare le opzioni di attivazione allarme. La procedura di impostazione è analoga a quella di impostazione dell'attivazione per
rilevamento movimento. Fare riferimento al capitolo sull'attivazione per rilevamento movimento per i dettagli.
5. Per applicare le impostazioni a tutti fare clic sul pulsante "Copy" (Copia) che consente di impostare rapidamente le stesse opzioni
per tutti i sensori.
6.4.5
Programmazione ingresso allarme

Notify (Notifica IP), DDNS Config (Configura DDNS), RTSP, UPNP, Mail Config (Configurazione posta) e FTP Setting (Impostazione FTP).
6.5.1Porta

Indirizzo IP

2. Per IP setup (Impostazione IP) sono disponibili due opzioni: Obtain an IP address auto by DHCP protocol (Ottieni indirizzo IP
automaticamente da protocollo DHCP) e Use the following IP address (Utilizza questo indirizzo IP), scegliere l'opzione in base alle
proprie esigenze.
3. Use the following IP address: visualizza l'indirizzo IP, la subnet mask, il gateway e il DNS del dispositivo.
4. PPPOE: inserire manualmente il nome utente e la password per l'accesso dial-up Internet.
Eseguire prima il login dei client Internet Explorer, inserire nome utente e password del PPPoE, salvare l'impostazione e uscire. Quindi
impostare la notifica di modifica dell'indirizzo IP. Il dispositivo eseguirà automaticamente l'accesso dial-up Internet.
6.5.3
Configurazione server
Andare a Network Configuration
Server Config.
1. Selezionare "Do you want IP Camera to connect Server" (Desideri che la telecamera IP si colleghi al server?).
2. Controllare l'indirizzo IP e la porta del server di trasferimento nel server CVM ELVOX. Abilitare l'auto segnalazione nel server CVM
ELVOX quando viene aggiunto un nuovo dispositivo. Inserire quindi le restanti informazioni relative al dispositivo nel server CVM
ELVOX. Il sistema assegna automaticamente un ID dispositivo. Controllare nel server CVM ELVOX.
3. Inserire l'IP server suddetto, la porta server e l'ID dispositivo nelle caselle corrispondenti. Fare clic sul "Save" per salvare le impostazioni.
6.5.4
Notifica IP
1. Andare a Network Configuration
IP Notify per visualizzare la scheda illustrata sotto.
2. Se è selezionato "Enable notifying change of IP" (Attiva notifica modifica IP) quando si cambia l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo, il nuovo
indirizzo IP viene inviato automaticamente alla casella di posta specificata. Se è selezionato "FTP", quando si cambia l'indirizzo IP del
dispositivo, il nuovo indirizzo viene inviato al server FTP.
6.5.5
Configurazione DDNS
1. Andare alla scheda Network Configuration
DDNS Configuration illustrata sotto:

2. Richiedere un nome di dominio. Si consideri come esempio www.dyndns.com.
Immettere www.dvrdydns.com nella barra degli indirizzi di Internet Explorer per andare al sito web corrispondente. Fare clic sul
pulsante "Registration" per registrarsi, viene visualizzata la schermata seguente.
Creare un nome di dominio.
Quando la richiesta del nome di dominio sarà stata finalizzata, il nome di dominio sarà visualizzato nell'elenco.
3. Inserire nome utente, password e nome del dominio richiesti nell'interfaccia di configurazione DDNS.
4. Fare clic sul pulsante "Save"per salvare le impostazioni.
6.5.6RTSP
Andare all'interfaccia Network Configuration

RTSP come illustrato di seguito:

1. Selezionare "Enable RTSP server" (Attiva server RTSP).
2. RTSP Port (Porta RTSP): porta di accesso del supporto di streaming. Il numero predefinito è 554.
3. RTSP Address (Indirizzo RTSP): l'indirizzo RTSP da inserire nel media player.
4. Selezionare "enable anonymous viewer login…" (attiva login visualizzatore anonimo).
Application (Applicazione): Questo dispositivo supporta i player VLC. Scaricare il player VLC dal sito web pertinente. Scegliere
quindi "File" nella barra dei menu del player e fare clic su "Open URL". Inserire l'indirizzo RTSP nella colonna URL e fare clic sul
pulsante "OK". A questo punto è possibile vedere l'immagine live nel player VLC.
6.5.7UPNP
UPNP come illustrato di seguito:
Selezionare "Enable UPNP" (Attiva UPNP) e inserire un nome facile da memorizzare.
(L'esempio si riferisce al SO XP) Attivazione UPNP
Fare doppio clic sull'icona "Risorse di rete" sul desktop del PC e selezionare "Mostra icone dispositivi UPnP in rete" nella casella di elenco "Operazioni di rete". Verrà visualizzata una finestra di informazioni. Fare clic sul pulsante "SÌ" per visualizzare
la finestra di dialogo "Aggiunta guidata componenti di Windows" illustrata di seguito. Premere quindi "Avanti" per continuare. Al
termine dell'installazione dei componenti di configurazione, verranno visualizzate le icone di UPnP. Fare doppio clic sull'icona
per collegare l'interfaccia di accesso alla sorveglianza in remoto tramite Internet Explorer.

Se nella casella di elenco "Operazioni di rete" non è visualizzato "Mostra icone dispositivi UPnP in rete" seguire questa procedura:
- Fare clic su "Strumenti"-- "Opzioni cartella".
- Selezionare "Mostra operazioni comuni nelle cartelle" nella casella "Attività", l'icona UPnP verrà visualizzata.
6.5.8
Impostazione posta
Mail Setting. Fare riferimento alla figura seguente.
1. From Email (Email mittente): indirizzo email del mittente;
2. User name and password (Nome utente e password): nome utente e password del mittente;
3. Server address (indirizzo server): nome SMTP del mittente;
4. Selezionare il tipo di connessione sicura nell'elenco a discesa in base alle esigenze dell'utente;
5. Receival email address list (Elenco indirizzi destinatari): aggiungere gli indirizzi email all'alenco;
6. Receival email address (Indirizzo destinatario). Indirizzo email del destinatario;
7. Al termine dell'impostazione dei parametri, l'utente può fare clic su "Test your account settings" (Verifica le impostazioni
account). Se l'invio dell'email è riuscito verrà visualizzata la finestra "Test Successful" (Test riuscito), in caso contrario provare
con altri indirizzi email o controllare le impostazioni.
Nota: se si cambia l'IP statico in PPPoE e si seleziona la casella di posta, verrà inviata un'email
alla casella di posta degli utenti per informare del nuovo indirizzo IP.

FTP, fare riferimento alla figura sotto.
Add (Aggiungi): fare clic sul pulsante Aggiungi per inserire il nome del server FTP, indirizzo, numero di porta, nome utente e
percorso di caricamento, fare clic su OK per confermare l'impostazione. Fare riferimento alla figura seguente:
Modify (Modifica): fare clic su questo pulsante per cambiare alcune informazioni del server FTP
Delete (Elimina): selezionare l'account FTP da eliminare e far clic su questo pulsante per eliminare l'account.
Test: selezionare l'account FTP da testare e fare clic su questo pulsante per verificare se è valido.

Configurazione avanzata
L'interfaccia Advanced configuration include cinque sottomenu: User Configuration (Configurazione utente), Security Configuration (Configurazione sicurezza, Configure Backup & Restore (Configurazione backup e ripristino), Reboot (Riavvio) e Upgrade.
6.6.1
Configurazione utente
Andare all'interfaccia Advanced configuration
User Configuration Fare riferimento alla figura seguente:

Dopo aver associato un indirizzo fisico alla IP_CAM sarà possibile accedere al dispositivo solo su quel PC. Se l'indirizzo MAC è
"00:00:00:00:00:00" significa che può essere collegato a qualsiasi computer.
2. Inserire il nome utente nella casella di testo "User Name" (Nome utente), utilizzare solo lettere.
3. Inserire i caratteri nelle caselle "Password" e "Confirm Password" (Conferma password), utilizzare lettere o numeri.
4. Inserire l'indirizzo MAC del PC nella casella di testo "Binding MAC address" (Indirizzo MAC associato).
5. Fare clic sul pulsante "OK", il nuovo utente aggiunto verrà visualizzato nell'elenco utenti.
Modifica di un utente:
1. Selezionare l'utente di cui modificare password e indirizzo fisico nella casella di elenco di configurazione utente.
2. Fare clic sul pulsante "Modify" (Modifica) per visualizzare la finestra di dialogo "Modify user" (Modifica utente) illustrata di
seguito:
3. Inserire la password originale dell'utente nella casella di testo "password".
4. Inserire la nuova password nelle caselle di testo "New password" (Nuova password) e "Confirmation" (Conferma).
5. Inserire l'indirizzo fisico del computer che si utilizza per accedere al server nella casella di testo "User PC MAC" (MAC del
PC utente).
6. Fare clic sul pulsante "OK" per modificare la password dell'utente e associare l'indirizzo MAC.
Eliminazione utente:
1. Selezionare l'utente da eliminare nella casella di elenco di configurazione utente.
2. Fare clic sul pulsante "Delete" per visualizzare una finestra di dialogo di conferma. Infine fare clic su OK per eliminare
l'utente.
Nota: non è possibile eliminare il super amministratore predefinito.

il seguente indirizzo IP), inserire l'indirizzo IP nella casella di elenco degli indirizzi IP e fare clic sul pulsante "Add" (Aggiungi).
L'indirizzo IP verrà visualizzato nella casella di elenco; la procedura per "Allow the following IP address" (Consenti il seguente
indirizzo IP) è analoga a quella per "Deny the following IP address".
Selezionare l'indirizzo IP da eliminare nella casella di elenco degli indirizzi IP, fare clic sul pulsante "Delete" per eliminare l'indirizzo.
Selezionare la casella di controllo "Enable MAC address" (Attiva indirizzo MAC), selezionare "Deny the following MAC address"
(Rifiuta il seguente indirizzo MAC), inserire l'indirizzo MAC nella casella di elenco degli indirizzi MAC e fare clic sul pulsante

Chapter 1 Introduction
1.1 Overview
This IP speed dome camera is front-end equipment used for video capture. Its digital flip technology makes omni-directional and
non-blind-spot monitoring into reality. It utilizes most advanced technologies, such as video encoding and decoding technology, and complies with the TCP/IP protocol, SoC., etc, to ensure this system more stable and reliable. This unit consists of two
parts: the IP-CAM device and central management software (short for CVM ELVOX). This CVM ELVOX centralizes all devices
together via internet or LAN and establishes a sound surveillance system to realize unified management and remote operation
to all devices in one network.
This product is widely used in banks, telecommunication systems, electricity power departments, law systems, factories, storehouses, uptowns, etc. In addition, it is also an ideal choice for surveillance sites with middle or high risks.

Alarm Input:
a) There are seven independent alarm input ports (ALARM-IN1~7) and one grounding port (ALM-GND).
b) There are three alarm input status: “OFF/NC/NO”. If “OFF” is selected, the system will not check the status of the ALM-IN and
ALM-GND. If “NO” is selected, connect DC 5V~DC12V voltage between the alarm input port ALM-IN and the grounding port
(ALM-GND) to trigger the alarm (see Fig. 1). If “NC” is selected, disconnect the voltage between alarm input ports (ALM-IN)
and grounding port (ALM-GND) to trigger the alarm.
Alarm Output:
a) Supports 1 CH alarm output including OPEN and COM connections.
b) Options: OFF, IN1. If the OFF is selected, no alarm can be output. If IN1 are selected, the alarm can be output only when the
corresponding alarm input triggers the alarm.
c) One passive switch for user to connect alarm devices.
- RS485 Connection
You can connect keyboard to control the speed dome through the RS485 interface.
2.3 Install CVM ELVOX
Find CVM ELVOX software from CD and then double click “Setup.exe” file to pop up installation wizard. Install the software
according to the prompts in the wizard. After you complete the installation, you will see the CVM ELVOX and IP-Tool icon on the
desktop. Please see the user manual of this software for more details.
If you need to install IP-Tool separately, please double click IP-Tool installation package and install it according its wizard prompts. After you finish installing, double click IP-Tool icon to start IP-Tool.
Chapter 3 IE Remote Access
You may connect IP-Cam via LAN or WAN. Here only take IE browser (6.0) for example. The details are as follows:
3.1 LAN
In LAN, there are two ways to access IP-Cam: 1. access through IP-Tool; 2. directly access through IE browser.
3.1.1 Access through IP-Tool
1 - Make sure the PC and IP-Cam are connected to the LAN and the IP-Tool is installed in the PC from the CD.
2 - Double click the IP-Tool icon on the desktop to run this software as shown below:
3 - Modify the IP address. The default IP address of this camera is 192.168.226.201. Click the information of the camera listed
in the above table to show the network information on the right hand. Modify the IP address and gateway of the camera and
make sure its network address is in the same local network segment as the computer’s. Please modify the IP address of
your device according to the practical situation.

For example, the IP address of your computer is 192.168.13.4. So the IP address of the camera shall be changed to 192.168.13.X.
After modification, please input the password of the administrator and click “Modify” button to modify the setting.
The default password of the administrator is “123456”.
4 - Double click the IP address and then the system will pop up the IE browser to connect IP-CAM. IE browser will auto download
the Active X control. After downloading, a login window will pop up as shown below.
Input the username and password to log in.
The default username is “admin”; the default password is “123456”.
3.1.2
Directly Access through IE
The default network settings are as shown below:

You may use the above default settings when you log in the camera for the first time.
1 - Manually set the IP address of the PC and the network segment should be as the same as the default settings of the IP camera. Open the network and share center. Click “Local Area Connection” to pop up the following window.

Select “Property” and then select internet protocol according to the actual situation (for example: IPV4). Next, click “Property”
button to set the network of the PC.
2 - Open the IE browser and input the default address of IP-CAM and confirm. The IE browser will download Active X control
automatically.
3 - After downloading Active X control, the login dialog box will pop up.

5.3 Camera Setup
After you go to camera setup menu, you will see the following screen.
Camera setup includes the settings of camera control, image setup, focus near limit, zoom speed, DZoom, PAL/NTSC, day &
night mode, IR sensitivity and Len initialize.
5.3.1 Camera Control
After you select Camera Control, you will see the following screen.
(BLC): When the background light is so stronger that the foreground is dark, the brightness of the whole image will improve
thereby enhancing the visibility of the foreground image if the BLC function is enabled.
(HLC): If enabled, the darker part will be lightened, while the highlight part will be suppressed.
(HLC Level): Range from 00~20.
(3D-DNR): Reduce the noise of the brightness and chroma of the image in low illumination condition.
(Color Level): Adjust the screen color.
(Sharpness): Set the image definition.
(WDR): If WDR is ON, which means you can also see the highlight, the shadow and the backlight area clearly.
(Gamma): Measurement of the contrast of an image.
(CAM Defog): Some products support this function.

Select Image Setup to enter into the following sub-menu.
(AE MODE): Auto, Bright, Shut, IRIS and Manua are optional.
(Brightness): Range from 0 (darkest) ~20 (brightness).
(Shutter): The lower the value of camera shutter is, the brighter the image is. It is available only when the shutter mode is set to
manual mode.
(IRIS): The higher the value of the camera IRIS is, the more the light gets. It is available only when the camera is IRIS or Mauna
mode.
(AGC): The larger the number is, the higher the brightness and the more the noises of the image are.
(WB Mode): White Balance Mode. There are two options you can choose including auto and manual. You can select the mode
according to different lighting condition.
(MWB Red Gain): The operation is effective only when the white balance is in manual mode.
(MWB Blue Gain): The operation is effective only when the white balance is in manual mode.
(Image Flip): Flip the image.
- MIRR: Turn over the image in the direction of left or right.

Cruise Configuration

There are 8 cruise lines by default. Choose a cruise and click “Modify” button to pop up a window as below:
You can add 16 presets into this cruise at most. Select the preset and click “Modify” to change the preset. Click “Delete” button
to delete this preset point.
6.3.2
Upgrade PTZ
Go to “PTZ Configuration”
”Update PTZ” to display an interface as shown below:
Acquire the upgrade software from the supplier and save it in your PC. Then click “Browse” button here to find your upgrade
software and then click “Update PTZ” button to upgrade.

Alarm Configuration
Alarm configuration includes six submenus: Motion Detection Area, Motion Detection Trigger, Motion Detection Schedule, Alarm
Input Trigger, Alarm Input Schedule and Alarm Out.

6.4.1
Motion Detection Area
1. Go to “Alarm configuration”
”Motion Detection Area” to see an interface as shown below:
2. Move the “Sensitivity” scroll bar to set up the motion trace sensitivity.
3. Check “Add”, press the “Ctrl” button and move mouse to select the motion detection area; Select “Erase” and move the
mouse to clear all motion detection area.
4. After you finish settings, press the “Save” button to save the settings.
6.4.2
Motion Detection Trigger
1. Go to “Alarm Configuration”
“Motion Detection Trigger” to display an interface as below:
2. Check “Enable alarm” check box to activate motion based alarm.
3. Set alarm holding time.
4. Set alarm trigger options.
Alarm Out: If selected, this would trigger the external relay output on detecting a motion based alarm.
Trigger Snap: If selected, the system will snap images on an alarm and save them in SD card.
Trigger Email: If the email and attach picture checkbox is checked (Email address shall be set first in the Mail config interface), the triggered snap pictures and event will be sent into those addresses.
Trigger FTP: If “Uploading picture” is checked, the triggered snap pictures will be sent into FTP server address. Please
refer to FTP configuration chapter for more details.

6.4.3
Motion Detection Schedule
A window will show as below by entering into “Alarm configuration”
“Motion Detection schedule” menu.
Week schedule
Set the alarm time from Monday to Sunday for alarm everyday in one week.
Note: The lengthwise means one day of a week; the rank means 24 hours of a day. Mouse clicks on the pane to set the alarm
hours. Green means selected area. Blank means unselected area.
“Add”: add the schedule for a special day.
“Erase”: delete holiday schedule.
Day schedule
Set alarm time for alarm in some time of a special day, such as holiday.
1. Select a date at the “Date” pull down list, press “Add” button to add that date to the list box on the right side and then move
the scroll bar to set the schedule of that day.
2. Select a date in the list box on the right side, and press “Erase” to remove the schedule on that day.
Press the “Save” button to save the settings.
Note: Holiday schedule is prior to Week schedule.
6.4.4
Alarm Input Trigger
1. Enter “Alarm Configuration”

2. Select the sensor at the “Sensor” pull down list and set the sensor name and alarm type: NO and NC.
3. Enable alarm and select alarm holding time.
4. Set alarm trigger options. The setting steps are the same with that of motion detection trigger. Please refer to motion
detection trigger chapter for details.
5. Apply settings to all by clicking “Copy” button, which can quickly set the same settings for all sensors.

Alarm Input Schedule
Go to “Alarm Configuration”

Network Configuration
Network configuration includes nine submenus: Port, IP Address, Server Configuration, IP Notify, DDNS Config, RTSP, UPNP,
Mail Config and FTP Setting.
6.5.1Port
1. Go to “Network configuration”
”Port” to see the interface as shown below:
2. Input port number for IE access in the “HTTP Port” textbox.
3. Input the port number for audio & video transmission in the “Data Port” textbox.

IP Address

2. There are two Options for IP setup: obtain an IP address auto by DHCP protocol and use the following IP address, please
choose one of options for your requirements.
3. Use the following IP address: display the IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS of the device.
4. PPPOE: Manual input the user name and password for dial-up internet.
Firstly, Login IE clients, enter user name and password of PPPoE, save the setting and exit. Secondly, set up IP address
change notice. Then the device will dial-up internet automatically.
6.5.3
Server Configuration
“Server Config”.
Go to “Network Configuration”
1. Check “Do you want IP Camera to connect Server.
2. Check the IP address and port of the transfer media server in the ECVM ELVOX. Then enable the auto report in the ECVM
ELVOX when adding a new device. Then input the remaining information of the device in the ECVM ELVOX. After that, the
system will auto allot a device ID. Please check it in the ECVM ELVOX.
3. Input the above-mentioned server IP, server port and device ID in the responding boxes. Click “save” button to save the
settings.
6.5.4
IP Notify
”IP Notify” to see a tab as below.
2. If the “Enable notifying change of IP” is selected, when the IP address of the device is changed, a new IP address will be sent
to the appointed mailbox automatically; If “FTP” is selected, when the IP address of the device is changed, a new IP address
will be sent to FTP server.

DDNS Configuration

”DDNS Configuration” tab as below:

2. Apply for a domain name. Take WWW.dyndns.com for example.
Input www.dvrdydns.com in the IE address bar to visit its website. Then click “Registration” button to register as shown below.
Create domain name
After you successfully request your domain name, you will see your domain in the list.
3. Input the username, password and domain name you apply for in the DDNS configuration interface.
4. Click “Save” button to save the settings.
6.5.6RTSP

“RTSP” interface as shown below:

1. Select “Enable RTSP server.
2. RTSP Port: Access Port of the streaming media. The default number is 554.
3. RTSP Address: The RTSP address you need to input in the media player.
4. Check “enable anonymous viewer login…”.
Application: This device supports VLC player. You should download the VLC player from the relevant website. Then choose “File”
in the menu bar of the player and click “Open URL”. Input the RTSP address in URL column and click “OK” button. Now, you can
see the live image in the VLC player.
6.5.7UPNP
“UPNP” interface as shown below:
Select “Enable UPNP” and then input friendly name.
(Take XP system for example) Enable UPNP
Double-click the “My Network Places” icon on the desktop in PC and select “Show icons for networked UPnP devices” in the
“Network Tasks” list box. Then an information window will pop up. Click “YES” button to see a “Windows Components Wizard”
dialog box as shown below. Then press “Next” to continue. After the installation of configuring components is complete, the UPnP
icons will display. Double-click the icon to connect the remote surveillance login interface through IE.

If “Show icons for networked UPnP devices” can’t display in the “Network Tasks” list box, please follow the below operation:
- Click “Tools”-- “Folder options”.
- Check the “Show common tasks in folders” in the “Tasks” check box, UPnP icon will display.
6.5.8
Mail Setting
“Mail Setting” interface. Please refer to below picture.
1. From Email: sender’s e-mail address;
2. User name and password: sender’s user name and password;
3. Server address: SMTP name of sender;
4. Select the secure connection type at the Secure Connection pull down list according to user’ actual needs;
5. Receival email address list: add email address into the list;
6. Receival email address: receiver’s e-mail address;
7. After all parameters setup, user can click “Test your account settings”. If email sent successful, a “Test Successful” window
will pop up, if not, users can try other email addresses or check the setting.
Note: If you change the static IP into PPPoE and select mailbox, there will be an e-mail sent to
users’ mail box for notifying a new IP address.

6.5.9FTP
Go to Network Configuration
FTP interface; please refer to below picture.
Add: Click Add button to input FTP server’s server name, address, port number, user name, password, and upload path, click
OK to confirm the setting. Refer to the following picture:
Modify: Your can click this button to change some information of the FTP server
Delete: Select certain FTP account; Click this button to delete this account
Test: Select certain FTP account; Click this button to test its valid or not.
Please refer to the following table for parameters and instructions of FTP configuration.
6.6
Advanced Configuration
Advanced configuration includes five submenus: User Configuration, Security Configuration, Configure Backup & Restore,
Reboot and Upgrade.
6.6.1
User Configuration
Go to Advanced configuration
User Configuration interface. Refer to the following picture:
Add user:
1. Clicking “Add” button pops up “Add user” dialog box as shown below:

After binding physical address to the IP-CAM, you can access the device on this PC only. If the MAC address was
““00:00:00:00:00:00” which means it can be connected to any computers.
2. Input user name in “User Name” textbox (only letters).
3. Input characters in “Password” and “Confirm Password” textbox (letters or numbers).
4. Input the MAC address of the PC in “Binding MAC address” textbox.
5. Click “OK” button and then the new added user will display in the user list.
Modify user:
1. Select the user which needs to modify password and physical address in the user configuration list box.
2. Clicking “Modify” button will pop up “Modify user” dialog box as shown below.
3. Input original password of this user in the “password” text box.
4. Input new password in the “New password” and “Confirmation” text box.
5. Input computer’s physical address which is used to access the server in the “User PC MAC” text box.
6. Click “OK” button to modify user’s password and binding MAC address successfully.
Delete user:
1. Select the user which needs to delete in the user configuration list box.
2. Clicking “Delete” button will pop up a confirm dialog box. Then click “OK” to delete the user.
Note: The default super administrator cannot be deleted.

6.6.2
Security Configuration
Go to Advanced Configuration
Security Configuration to see a tab shown below:
Check “Enable IP address” check box, select “Deny the following IP address”, input IP address in the IP address list box and
click “Add” button. Then this IP address will display in the list box; the operation step of “Allow the following IP address” is the
same with “Deny the following IP address”.
Select the IP address which needs to be deleted from the IP address list box and click “delete” button to delete that IP address.
Check “Enable MAC address” check box, select “Deny the following IP address”, input MAC address in the MAC address list box
and click “Add” button. Then this MAC address will display in the list box; the operation step of “Allow the following MAC address”
is the same with “Deny the following IP address”.
Select the MAC address which needs to be deleted from the MAC address list box and click “delete” button to delete that MAC
address.
Click “save” button to save the above setting.
6.6.3
Configure Backup & Restore
Go to Advanced Configuration
Configure Backup & Restore Interface.

- Import & Export Configuration:
User can import or export the setting information from PC or to device.
1. Click “Browse” to select save path for import or export information on PC.
2. User can import or export all setting information to PC, but those two settings “user configuration” and “network configuration”
are exceptional.
- Default Configuration
Click “Load default” button to restore all system settings to default status.
6.6.4
Reboot Device
Go to Advanced configuration—Reboot device to see an interface as shown below:
Click “Reboot device” button to reboot the device.
6.6.5Upgrade
Go to Advanced Configuration—Upgrade interface.
1. Click “Browse” button to select the save path of the upgrade file
2. Click “Upgrade server firmware” button to start upgrading the application program
3. The device will restart automatically
4. After you successfully update the software, click “OK” button to close IE and then re-open IE to connect IP-Cam.
Caution! You can’t disconnect to PC or close the IP-CAM during upgrade.

Q: I forget the password. How can I do?
Reset the system to the factory default setting or contact the dealer.

Q: The devices can’t connect through IE browser. Why?
1 - Network doesn’t connect well. Please check the connection and make sure it is connected well.
2 - IP is not available. Reset the valid IP.
3 - Web port number has been revised: contact administrator to get the correct port number.
4 - Exclude the above reasons. Restore the default setting by IP-Tool.
Note: The default IP: 192.168.226.201, mask number: 255.255.255.0

Q: IP tool cannot search devices. How can I do?
It may be caused by the anti-virus software in your computer. Please exit it and try to search device again.

Q: IE cannot download Active X control. How can I do?
IE browser blocks ActiveX. Please do setup following below.
1 - Open IE browser. Click Tools-----Internet Options….
2 - Select Security------Custom Level….Refer to Fig 4-1.
3 - Enable all the sub options under “ActiveX controls and plug-ins”. Refer to Fig 4-2.

Other plug-ins or anti-virus blocks ActiveX. Please uninstall or close them.

Q: Why does the device fail to sound?
The audio input device is not connected. Please connect and try again.
The audio function is not enabled at the corresponding channel. Please check AUDIO item to enable this function.

Q: Why does the device connect to wireless abnormally?
Check the statues of wireless router. Please make sure the router is open.
Check the router and the device port. Please make the router setup is matched with device port.
7.
Q: How to do when the device is unable to start normally when upgrading?
If the device is unable to start normally when upgrading, please rename the files suffixed with .tar as updatepack.tar and copy
it to the root directory of SD card. Restart the device and then the device will upgrade automatically from the SD card. After
finishing upgrading, the user can search the IP address of IP Cam in the IP Tool.
