This month sees the opening of a glittering new luxury hospitality site in New York:
Baccarat, the maker of highest quality crystal founded by Louis XV, inaugurates its own

Parisian experience, we recommend a meal at the hotel’s Chevalier Restaurant, where the
star-winning chef Shea Gallante offers original creative cuisine deeply inspired by a very
