Stepper STEPPER is made up of a moving part fitted with a platform for overcoming straight differences in level with a constant and/or variable gradient, rectilinear or curvilinear (stairs, ramps, inclined surfaces) that constitute architectural barriers. The machine is principally made up of: A fixed rail, shaped according to the installation area, fixed to the floor and/or wall with special anchorages. The rail, which is made up of two overlapping tubular tyres is made in different stretches, which are interconnected by a bayonet device. The motorization unit of the machine, which moves along the rail and is fitted with moving devices The frame, which supports the electrical equipment, the control devices and the platform (recliner) for carrying people. The machine can be moved by the on board control terminal and by the radio controlled remote control (possibly installed in a fixed position level with the stops – floor push button panel). Operation of the stairlift is electric and independent of the power supply, since it uses the energy supplied by two 12 V batteries located on board.
