Nata nel 1975 Veret è stata una delle prime aziende in Italia ad iniziare a lavorare la fibra di vetro costruendo un
macchinario che impregnava con la resina a caldo il tessuto. In questi anni il boom della pesca coinvolge l’azienda
toscana in un’inarrestabile produzione di canne telescopiche in fibra di vetro. Si abbandonava così la produzione
degli anni sessanta fatta essenzialmente di canne naturali in bambù.
Dopo pochi anni i fratelli Pucci decisero di sperimentare le fibre di carbonio, un materiale nuovo che consentiva
di ridurre il peso mantenendo le caratteristiche di robustezza migliorando la flessibilità e l’elasticità in diametri
sempre più contenuti. Fu una vera rivoluzione nel settore e Veret fu una delle prime. Gli anni ottanta confermarono questo trend di crescita dei prodotti in carbonio, appartiene a questo periodo la famosa serie di canne Carbon 1,
Carbon 2 e Carbon 3.
VERET porta avanti la ricerca e la progettazione di nuovi articoli, viene così immessa sul mercato la canna Idrhas,
la prima telescopica in 6 pezzi senza scorrevoli sulla punta che permetteva di raggiungere distanze ineguagliabili.
La produzione in proprio di alcuni tipi di tessuto di carbonio è risultata poi vincente per la messa a punto di nuovi
sistemi di assemblaggio di tessuti a moduli differenziati allo scopo di ottenere canne ancora più leggere e resistenti. Metodi di lavorazione unici come l’adozione del sistema di “fusione trasversale” delle fibre permettono
di ottenere strutture sempre più compatte e resistenti. Grazie all’esperienza acquisita, Veret è oggi in grado di
progettare e realizzare artigianalmente una vasta gamma di canne per tutte le tecniche oggi in uso nel campo
della pesca sportiva e non. Il passaggio generazionale con Luigi nella parte tecnica e Benedetta e Simona in quella commerciale permette di garantire un servizio mirato e personalizzato a tutte le richieste della clientela con
lo scopo di rafforzare sempre più questo marchio storico e affermare il vero prodotto Made in Italy nel mondo.

Veret was born in 1975 and it was one of the first Italian companies who started working glass fibre, creating a
machinery that impregnated the material with hot resin.In these years fishing boom involves the Tuscan firm in
an ending less production of telescopic fishing rods made of glass fibre. Thanks to the development of this new
technology, the firm abandoned the production of the Sixties, mainly based on making bamboo fishing rods.
After a few years, the two brothers Pucci decided to experiment the carbon fibre, a new material that could reduce fishing rods weight, while maintaining the characteristics of strength, improving flexibility and elasticity and
reducing their diameters. It was a real revolution in the sector and Veret was one of the first companies who took
part of this revolution. During the Eighties the growth trend of carbon products was confirmed; the rods series
Carbon 1, Carbon 2 and Carbon 3 belongs to this period.
Veret brings forward research and design of new items: the new born is called Idrhas, which is the first telescopic fishing rod made of 6 pieces without scorrevoli “sliding” on the top, able to reach very long distances. The
own production of certain kind of carbon materials proved to be a winning strategy for the following creation of
assembly systems for materials based on differentiated forms in order to obtain lighter and stronger rods.
The unique manufacture methods, as the fibre “ trasversal fusion” system, allow to obtain more resistant and
compact structures.
Thanks to the acquired experience, today Veret is able to design and manufacture a various range of fishing rods,
suitable for every techniques used in fishing. The family business succession brought three new members in the
company: Luigi is responsible for the technical area, Benedetta and Simona are responsible for commercial area.
The differentiation among different areas allows to guarantee a service focused on the customers requests, having in mind the aim of reinforcing this historical brand and affirming the made in Italy product all over the world.

la differenza di una cima riportata e fusa sul pezzo tubolare
della vetta. La particolarità di questa serie è di avere il riporto
sulla vetta di soli 30 cm, quindi evita nel lancio il classico effetto
“banana”. La conicità della punta è calibrata in modo tale da
avere negli ultimi 10 cm la classica piega, che aiuta la visione
della tocca, senza perdere potenza nel lancio.
Symmetrical three-pieces rod, similar to the series E-BREZZA,
with the difference of a split top. The top is melted on the
tubular top. The special feature of this series is the 30 cm
coating on the peak, which avoids the so-called “Banana”

L’apporto sinergico delle nuove tecnologie, ha permesso di
realizzare una struttura diversa anche nel modo di unione
dei due pezzi. La Extreme è dotata di spigot, mentre la
nuova versione ha un innesto “put in”, questo comporta una
maggiore spinta da parte del pedone, anche se i suoi diametri
risultano ridotti. Un’altra novità è anche nella sua lunghezza che
passa da 13 ft a 14 ft. In conclusione ci troviamo un attrezzo
performante, più leggero ma contemporaneamente più reattivo

separate section of the rods, a mixture of carbon
and polymerized refractive materials have been
added so as to make these rods visible during
night-time fishing. A new series constructed in
four sections to enhance the SIDE and CAST

very elastic/flexible, thereby allowing a greater

immediately appreciated in its first uses. It
represents the VERET top position in the landing

lines automatically.

in soluzione unica. Il BAIT LINK si può utilizzare

mantenere in linea il bracciolo con l’esca al trave,
durante il lancio, specialmente nel ground e nel
pendolum cast. Questa doppia funzione permette
di aumentare la distanza del lancio e far arrivare

BAIT LINK - This interesting accessory has a twofold function; quick attachment of the weight and
“bait clip” in one go. The BAIT LINK can be used
in several ways, ( either single or double), for
left or right casting, and is an excellent solution
for keeping the bait attached to the faster line
during casting (especially in Ground and Pendulum
casting). This two-fold action means that the
casting distance can be increased and that the bait
