JELLYCAT SAFETY
We hope you already know that we make the most original, quirky, innovative designs in the world, but we also want you
to know that we take the greatest care possible to make sure you remain safe with the animals. Every design you see in this
catalogue is rigorously tested to EN71 parts 1, 2 & 3. This means that unless a separate warning hang tag is attached to
the item, it is suitable for all children, aged 0-99... or over! All our animals have willingly participated in this challenge
and bear the CE mark as proof of their success in these tests. We hold their certificates here in our office if ever you need
copies of them.
We tame our animals with careful training and testing, so if you have any problems with their behaviour we want to know
as a matter of urgency so we can revise our methods of construction or upbringing!
NORME DE SECURITE JELLYCAT
Chaque produit présenté dans le catalogue, respecte rigoureusement la réglementation EN71 (parties 1,2 et 3). A moins
d’un avis contraire (spécifié sur une étiquette en carton accolée sur le produit), cela signifie que les produits présentés
conviennent à tous les enfants, âgés de 0-99 ans… voire plus! Toutes nos peluches ont passé avec succès les tests
correspondant aux normes européennes; elles portent la mention ‘CE’. Nous tenons les certificats à votre disposition.
Si nous savons que vous considérez nos peluches comme parmi les plus originales, décalées et innovantes, nous voulons
aussi que vous sachiez combien nous apportons de soin à leur fabrication et à leur transport. Mais si vous rencontrez
quand même un problème sur l’un de nos produits, il est important de nous le faire savoir au plus vite!
Notre but est de créer de belles et souriantes peluches, que les enfants pourront adopter et câliner en toute sécurité.
En Juillet 2011 une Nouvelle Directive de Sécurité Européenne est entrée en vigueur. Cette Directive exige que tout client
puisse trouver la recommandation d’âge et toute information de sécurité sur certains produits Jellycat au moment d’achat.
Pour tout article Jellycat vendu en magasin, les étiquettes seront visibles et l’information devra être disponible au point
d’achat. Néanmoins, si vous vendez des produits Jellycat en ligne, l’information qui apparait sur les étiquettes doit être
disponible et visible dès que les clients voient le produit (donc au point d’achat). Pour faciliter un peu les choses nous
avons mis un astérix (*) sur les bons de commandes à côté de toute référence où la recommandation d’âge est présente.
Veuillez s’il vous plait bien prendre note de ceux-ci et modifier tout site web.
JELLYCAT SICHERHEITSSTANDARD
Jedes Design in diesem Katalog entspricht der Europaïschen Norm EN71 (Teile 1, 2 und 3) oder übertrifft sie sogar.
Manchmal ist ein besonderes Au enwarnschild daran angebracht, sonst sind die Artikel für alle Kinder geeignet im Alter
von 0 bis 99...oder noch älter! Alle Tiere haben gerne an dieser Prüfung teilgenommen und wurden mit dem CE-Zeichnen
ausgezeichnet zum Beweis vom Erfolg. Wir haben die Prüfscheine im Büro, falls Sie eine Kopie bräuchten.
Hoffentlich wissen Sie schon, dass wir die auß ergewöhnlichsten Tiere der Welt entwerfen. Wir möchten Ihnen aber auch
versichern, dass wir uns um Ihre Sicherheit kümmern. Unsere Produkte werden ständig kontrolliert. Falls Sie Probleme mit
den Tieren haben, bitte wenden Sie sich an uns, damit wir das Produktionsverfahren überprüfen können. Vor allem hoffen
wir, dass unsere witzige Produkte Ihnen gut gefallen!
Ab Juli 2011 gilt eine neue europäische Richtlinie. Das bedeutet, dass Einzelhändler den Konsumenten die
Sicherheitsinformation am Verkaufsort zur Verfügung stellen müssen. Manche Jellycat Produkte tragen eine
Sicherheitsempfehlung. In einem Geschäft müssen die Jellycat Etiketten an das Produkt hängen. Im Internet muss diese
Information den Konsumenten an der Einkaufsstelle vorhanden sein. Man kann die betreffenden Artikel einfach
identifizieren, da sie auf der Preisliste mit einem Sternchen* markiert sind.
Bitte beachten Sie die Preislisten (im Katalog) und Websites auf den neusten Stand bringen.

desideriamo anche comunicarvi che mettiamo la massima cura possibile affinchè siate tranquilli con i nostri animali.
Ogni prodotto che vedete in questo catalogo è testato rigorosamente secondo la normativa EN71, parti 1,2 e 3. Questo
significa che tutti gli articoli privi di etichetta di avvertenze, sono sicuri per tutti i bambini da
0 a 99 anni...ed oltre!
Tutti i nostri animali hanno partecipato di loro spontanea volontà a questa sfida, e mostrano il marchio CE come prova del
loro successo in questi test. Teniamo i loro certificati qui nei nostri uffici, nel caso in cui doveste aver bisogno di una copia.
Addomestichiamo i nostri animali con accurati addestramenti e prove, per cui se doveste avere dei problemi con il loro
comportamento, desideriamo saperlo con primaria urgenza per rivedere i nostri metodi di costruzione o di educazione!
Da luglio 2011, è entrata in vigore una nuova Direttiva Europea in materia di Sicurezza che richiede ai dettaglianti
di esporre nel punto vendita qualsiasi informazione sulla sicurezza che possiate trovare in alcuni dei nostri proodotti.
Nei negozi, le etichette di Jellycat devono essere attaccate al prodotto, e nei siti internet le informazioni devono essere
disponibili al consumatore al momento dell'acquisto. Abbiamo reso semplice l'individuazione dei prodotti
di questo tipo, ponendo un asterisco (*) accanto all'articolo nel listino. Vi preghiamo di controllare sempre il modulo
d'ordine (ripiegato all'interno dei cataloghi) e di aggiornare i vostri siti web!
INTERNET SALES
Websites now have an increased relevance for everyone in retail. To help safeguard the quirky cool, luxury loveliness of
our designs we will not be supplying any customer with Jellycat products listed on any 3rd party websites. However, if you
have a bricks & mortar shop with your own URL we will be very happy to help with any information or images needed to
feature Jellycat. We just ask that the retail price is respected and any safety recommendations are clearly visible as per the
European Safety Directive updated in July 2011 (please ask for further information if you are unsure of what this is.)

toute information ou visuels souhaités pour mettre Jellycat sur votre site. Nous vous prions cependant de respecter notre
coefficient de 2,5 et de veiller que tous conseils de sécurité soient visibles, selon la directive de sécurité européenne mise
à jour en juillet 2011 (n’hésitez pas à nous joindre pour plus d’information si vous ne connaissez pas cette directive).

namen besitzen, unterstützen wir Sie gerne mit Informationen und Bilder um damit Ihren Verkauf von Jellycat Produkten
anzukurbeln.
Wir bitten Sie nudarum, dass der Verkaufspreis eingehalten wird und dass die Sicherheitsempfehlungen deutlich sichtbar
sind, wie es die europäischen Richtlinien (aktualisiert im Juli 2011) vorschreiben. Falls Sie diesbezüglich Infos benötigen
stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
SITI INTERNET HANNO
I siti internet hanno sempre una maggiore rilevanza nella vendita al dettaglio. Per aiutare a salvaguardare l’eccentricità, la
lussuosa bellezza dei nostri design, non forniremo nuovi clienti che vogliono vendere i nostri prodotti Jellycat a terzi siti
web. Se però avete un vero e proprio negozio che non sia on-line e un vostro sito web con il vostro nome di dominio
siamo felici di aiutarvi con informazioni e immagini necessarie per lavorare con Jellycat. Chiediamo solamente di
rispettare il prezzo di vendita e che le raccomandazioni di sicurezza siano chiaramente visibili come prevede la Direttiva
Europea sulla Sicurezza, aggiornata nel luglio 2011. (per informazioni a questo riguardo siamo a vostra disposizione).

Designing new and innovative products is what we love doing the most and we hope you enjoy them too! Each soft toy
we create is developed in-house, in London, to reflect the Jellycat style and many of our individual designs are registered
to ensure that they keep their uniqueness. In addition, we also have a policy of protecting our designs, which can include
using legal means, if we feel it necessary. By looking out for our animals and their individuality, we hope this will be a
benefit to all.
