con due diverse interpretazioni:
basi a terra asimmetriche e vetrina sospesa;
la trasversalità tra i materiali e le finiture
rendono coerenti le due soluzioni.

vitrines suspendues ; le mélange des matériaux

Effettuiamo controlli dimensionali sia dalla linea di sezionatura (ogni 40 pezzi ne preleviamo 2), che da quella di
bordatura (ogni 30 pezzi ne preleviamo 2). Controlliamo
le scocche una ad una per la verifica dimensionale e del
fuorisquadra.
Ogni singolo componente, sia in lavorazione diretta che
esterna, riporta una etichettatura con il riferimento di
ordine e la relativa settimana di consegna.
Ogni cucina viene montata a “secco” su tabellone per
verificare, prima del montaggio delle ante sulle scocche,
la rispondenza della composizione, la qualità e l’uniformità dei laccati e il senso vena in presenza di finiture
materiche.
Ogni cucina laccata viene accompagnata da un’anta
campione che sarà il migliore riferimento nel caso
servisse un ripristino oppure un completamento, anche
a distanza di tempo. Viene consegnato anche un flacone
utile per il ritocco.
Nell’impegno di offrire prodotti di qualità ed un servizio
costantemente ineccepibile, Comprex ha percorso e
superato l’iter per l’ottenimento delle Certificazioni di
Qualità più significative nel settore industriale.
Chaque cuisine est montée à « sec » sur un panneau
pour vérifier, avant l’assemblage des portes sur les
caissons, la conformité de la composition, la qualité et
l’uniformité de la laque et le sens du fil du bois pour les
finitions matérico.
Chaque cuisine laquée est accompagnée par une
porte échantillon qui sera le meilleur référent en cas
d’une réparation ou d’un SAV, même après une longue
période. Nous livrons aussi un flacon de retouche.
Nous effectuons des contrôles dimensionnels et de la
ligne de découpe (toutes les 40 pièces, 2 d’entre elles
sont sélectionnées) et de la ligne de finition des chants
(toutes les 30 pièces, 2 d’entre elles sont sélectionnées).
Nous vérifions les caissons un par un pour vérifier la
dimension et s’ils ont des déformations.
Chaque élément individuel, et dans le travail direct et
dans le travail externe, présente un étiquetage avec la
référence de la commande et la semaine de livraison
correspondante.
Each individual element, both in direct manufacturing
and external one, reports a labeling with the order’s
reference and the corresponding delivery week.
We make dimensional controls both from the cutting
line (every 40 pieces, 2 of them are checked) and the
edge banding line (every 30 pieces, 2 of them are picked
to be checked). We check the structures one by one to
verify the dimensional and if they are at right angles.
Each kitchen is assembled on a board to verify, before
assembling the doors on the structure, the conformity
of the composition, the quality and uniformity of the
lacquered elements and the wood grain when there are
materico finishes.
Each lacquered kitchen is delivered with a sample door
that will be the best reference in case of a repair or a
