Edward was a physically fit adventurer who loved water sports and the ocean. However,
at the young age of 29, Edward tragically suffered heart failure. But, he left a legacy of
generosity, sensitivity and service to others.

As a youngster in grade school, Edward was on the free lunch program, however, when

for his friends.
Purpose of this Food Drive:
So many families face food insecurity. We need your help
to fill the shelves of Cecelia’s Food Pantry with
non-perishable, canned and dry goods.
These will be distributed to families in REAL need.
In keeping with Edward's legacy, The Edward Boss Prado Foundation has established
the "No Child Goes Unfed" program currently underway at both Sobrato High School
and Live Oak High School. Any child who cannot afford lunch, for any reason, can
simply go to the Associated Student Body office at the school and will be provided
lunch. The program is conducted with the dignity of the student in mind and no
questions are asked.

The Edward Boss Prado Foundation has been established at the Morgan Hill Community
Foundation, a 50lc3 not-for-profit public charity, with the long term goal of becoming an
endowment that canMH
be used to expand the "No Child Goes Unfed" program to middle
schools and elementary schools as well.
