Abstract:
The project-proposal
The resort will be built in the Pearl Island, an island off the Central American coast of about 30
square kilometers.
It is a pristine area, of which 75% it’s natural reserve and bound to remain so.
The project is to make the island, within 7 years, top-of-the-line with luxury hotels and private villas
and apartments, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, supermarkets and shops.
The fundamental requirements of the project will be environmental sustainability and energy
efficiency: the island is a protected land and both the customer and the Panamanian government
require high standards in this regard.
We are looking for partnership and/or proposal coordinators
CONTRIBUTION: from 5 to 18 EUR million
