Chef Digirolamo hails from the Umbria region of central Italy, an area known for its artistic
legacy, beautiful landscapes, noble wines and excellent food. He is well versed in the nuances of
Italian cuisine and will be responsible for putting a touch of Tuscan-Umbrian cuisine on the
menu by adding a selection of dishes exclusive to his region. Allow us to guide you through this
