FRANCO POLOTTI
After obtaining a senior high school diploma in Accounting, Franco Polotti developed his career in
the Ori Martin Industrial Group, which specialises in the production of special steels, where he
occupied the position of CEO from 1984 to 2015.
He is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Mar.bea srl.
He is member and Administrator of F.B.G di Polotti Franco e C. Snc.
He is a Director of the Associazione Bancaria Italiana, of Banca San Paolo Foundation, of Opera
per l’Educazione Cristiana, of the Arte e Spiritualità Association, of Eco Fortis Srl and of Congrega
della Carità Apostolica.
He has also occupied the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco di Brescia
S.p.A..
He has been a Member of the Management Board of UBI Banca since 2008.
He is currently Chairman of the Management Board of UBI Banca S.p.A.
