A limited edition model destined to become a timeless classic that showcases Poltrona
Frau’s ability to both exalt and respect the natural beauty of its materials. Fine workmanship and fluid lines highlight the quality of the wood. Rigorous geometries, a light feel and
expert cuts enhance the nobility of the marble.
Il marmo Arabescato è selezionato in cava da Roberto Lazzeroni e parte da blocchi lunghi
fino a 3,20 mt per essere lavorato secondo antiche tecniche. Lo spessore massimo di
2 cm si modifica sui bordi con angoli variabili e sfaccettature. Il piano, finito “Moonface”,
è lavorato con spazzole abrasive che ne scalfiscono la superficie in funzione della durezza
dei materiali di cui è composto ed arriva ad una dimensione finale di 300 x 110 cm.
La piacevole rugosità della superficie con effetto tridimensionale rende ogni piano
assolutamente unico e non replicabile.

The Arabescato marble is selected at the quarry by Roberto Lazzeroni and comes in blocks
up to 3.20 metres long which are then processed using time-honoured techniques. The maximum
thickness of 2 cm is modified at the edges with variable corners and facets. The finished
“Moonface” table top is processed with abrasive brushes that mark the surface in accordance
with the materials from which it is produced, and has final dimensions of 300 x 110 cm. The pleasant
roughness of the surface with 3D effect makes every top completely unique and unrepeatable.
