nel 1929 a Milano, quando la famiglia Rossini avvia la commercializzazione
di piccoli oggetti e lampadari artistici in vetro di Murano, oggi è un Gruppo
formato da tre anime.
Oltre a 929MILANO a Light+Building espone anche Plexiform, brand
acquisito dal gruppo nel 2012 che offre sistemi estremamente flessibili,
con alte performance luminose e un occhio sempre attento al design.
E infine la storica Rossini Illuminazione, che commercializza una gamma
decorativa e tecnica davvero completa per interni, esterni, casa e ufficio,
con quasi 5000 articoli trattati.
RossiniGroup is an acknowledged reality in the lighting world.
Established in 1929 in Milan, when the Rossini family began the marketing
of small objects and artistic chandeliers in Murano glass, the group today
is composed of three living elements.
In addition to 929MILANO at Light+Building will also see exhibits from
Plexiform, a brand acquired by the group in 2012 whose product offers
provide extremely flexible systems, with high light performance and a keen

il design dalla vocazione decorativa. Prodotti interamente
concepiti e realizzati in Italia, una varietà di materiali utilizzati ed

The 929MILANO brand is an eclectic collection of decorative
lighting products designed and manufactured entirely in Italy,
incorporating a variety of materials with a particular penchant for
the theme “contemporary”.
A Light+Building 2016, 929MILANO introduce prodotti inediti
accanto ad ampliamenti delle collezioni presentate ad Euroluce
2015. Tra le novità citiamo la collaborazione col designer
Andrea Lazzari, dalla cui mente creativa nascono Intra e Pavé:
due sospensioni molto diverse tra loro. A luce LED indiretta
la prima; linee essenziali in un profilo di alluminio di spessore
ridotto, per una lampada dal gusto più tecnico. Pavé è, invece,
una sospensione a luce diretta dalle dimensioni importanti, che
accosta un volume pieno e materico in cemento a un diffusore
esterno in vetro trasparente, leggero e impalpabile. È firmata
dal giovane Stefano Valente la lampada da terra Lilium che per
illuminare sfrutta la traslucenza del telo Extenzo®, un materiale
inedito nell’ambito della luce. Dall’esperienza di Chiaramonte e
Marin nasce Terrazza Martini: il volume tondo e pieno della
sfera in vetro soffiato si fonde con l’anima a LED racchiusa nel
diffusore interno.
At Light+Building 2016, 929MILANO presents a new range
of previously unseen products in addition to enhancements
to collections previously introduced at Euroluce 2015 in Milan.
Amongst the new featured products we also introduce our
collaboration with designer Andrea Lazzari, whose creative
thinking provides us with Intra and Pavé: two very different
approaches to suspended luminaries.The first being an indirect
LED creation utlising a thin aluminium profile hence providing
a highly technical luminaire. Pavé, however, is a suspended
luminaire of generous proportion providing direct light output
where the components of transparent glass diffuser and cement
core come together.
The signature of young designer Stefano Valente is to be found in
the creation of Lilium, a floor lamp that exploits the translucency
of EXTENZO® cloth, a new material whose use in lighting is
unprecedented. From the creative experience of designers
Chiaramonte and Marin, Terrazza Martini was born. The full
round volume of blown glass sphere merges with the LED soul
enclosed in the inner diffuser.
Presentate l’anno scorso ad Euroluce, tornano più ricche che
mai le collezioni Gioia, Besana e Opera, firmata da Federica
Suman. Sospensioni a composizione multipla dai colori pieni
e brillanti, vetri soffiati lavorati con la tecnica artigianale della
sfumatura e giochi di luce creati dall’incontro tra il LED e
un’importante struttura in ferro.
Previously presented last year at Euroluce, Gioia, Besana and
Opera collections, signed by Federica Suman, return with even
richer offerings. Multiple composition suspensions with brilliant
colours, blown glass crafted with artisan gradation technique,
lays of light via the encounter of the LED light sources and a
substantial iron structure.

BESANA
Ad una prima occhiata Besana colpisce immediatamente
per la sua rotondità, per la sua forma sferica e piena.
Il volume rotondo è valorizzato dalla lavorazione artigianale
della sfumatura: un vetro soffiato che diventa impalpabile,
leggero e ricco come una nuvola.
Given its full rotund spherical shape Besana is striking even
at first sight! The craftsmanship in the graduated blown
glass enhances the rounded volume of the luminaire creating
a luminous, rich and unattainable shape reminiscent of a
cloud.
Besana fonde l’artigianalità con un gusto più tecnico: il vetro è
impreziosito da una calotta metallica, dal gusto contemporaneo,
caratterizzata da tagli orizzontali e verticali che creano movimento
e da cui fuoriescono linee di luce. Besana è disponibile nella
versione da tavolo e a sospensione in due misure. La versione
grande esalta ulteriormente la bellezza e l’importanza della sfera
di cristallo pieno e il gioco di trasparenze e opacità del vetro
soffiato nella lavorazione artigianale della sfumatura.
Besana blends craftsmanship and more technical taste: the
glass is enhanced by a contemporary metal cap characterized
by horizontal and vertical cuts that create movement and lines
of light.
Besana is available in the table and in the suspended version
in two sizes. The bigger version enhances the beauty and
the importance of the full crystal sphere and the game of
transparencyand opacity of the blown glass, obtained with the
artisan technique of gradation.

Besana ha un attacco E27 che consente la massima flessibilità
permettendo l’utilizzo di una sorgente luminosa alogena, a LED o a
risparmio energetico. La versione da tavolo alloggia una lampadina,
nella sospensione la versione piccola ha una lampadina, quella
grande tre.
Besana is available with E27 lamp-holder on which you can install
halogen, LED or energy saver light source. The table version is
furnished with one lamp, the suspended version has one lamp
(small version) or three lamps (big version).

Spesso è negli elementi di mezzo, di collegamento
e passaggio che si nascondono i significati più
importanti. In questa lampada a sospensione, nata
dalla mente creativa di Andrea Lazzari, l’elemento
di collegamento, che porta la luce e che sostiene il
diffusore, è una componente portante, realizzata
in legno di acero (versione chiara) o noce canaletto
(versione scura). Ed è questo l’elemento da cui è
partita la progettazione.
Il dettaglio in legno entra e si innesta nel corpo
diffondente in alluminio, dalla forma tonda o
rettangolare coi profili stondati. Intra è un oggetto
a illuminazione indiretta tramite piastre LED ad alta
efficienza, una lampada dal gusto più tecnico, ma
che non dimentica la vocazione decorativa del brand
929MILANO.
It is said that most important meanings are hidden
in the middle and connection elements. In this
suspended luminaire derived from the creative thinking
by designer Andrea Lazzari, the core component that
supports both the diffuser and lamp source is made
from wood, maple (light version) and Canaletto walnut
(dark coloured version). It is precisely this core element
from which the luminaire design was conceived.
The wood detail enters and supports the aluminium
diffusing plate which is available either round or
rectangular with rounded corners. Intra has an
indirect light output, thanks to high-efficiency LED
boards; without forgetting the evocative origins of
the 929MILANO brand, this luminaire provides great
technical style.

LILIUM

Un’importante lampada da terra. Un materiale innovativo.
Una forma accattivante e sinuosa. La tecnologia che sposa
il design, la modernità che incontra il gusto estetico e lo
stile decorativo. Tutto questo è Lilium, un’innovativa lampada
che utilizza la particolare traslucenza del telo Extenzo® per
trasmettere la luce. Un materiale nuovo e moderno, inedito
nell’ambito della luce. Un effetto impalpabile e delicato, per una
lampada che riempie e caratterizza gli spazi abitativi.
Un’anima in alluminio, piegata in modo da ricreare la forma
sinuosa di un fiore, ricoperta dal telo che trasmette la luce in
modo diffuso ed omogeneo. Un cuore pulsante a LED con un
COB da 30 Watt, un dissipatore che richiama la forma del calice
del fiore e un sinuoso stelo in rame verniciato bianco opaco.
Una lampada importante, dal carattere deciso e al contempo
duttile, un po’ come il designer che l’ha ideata, Stefano Valente.
A floor lamp of particular importance. The use of an innovative
material and a captivating sinuous shape. Technology
marries design. Modernity melds aesthetic with decorative
styling. Lilium is just this, an innovative luminaire that utilises
the translucent properties of Extenzo® cloth to diffuse the light
output. This new modern material, whose use in the lighting
sector is unprecedented, creates a refined and gentle lighting
effect; the lamp fills and defines the living space in which it
resides.
The aluminium core is cleverly formed to replicate the sinuous
shape of a flower. Covered by the cloth the effect is to diffuse
the light in a truly uniform manner. The heat sink provided for
the 30W LED COB unit recalls the shape of a flower calyx, the
sinuous copper stem is coated in matt white finish. An important
lamp with a strong but flexible character, a little like the designer
who created it Stefano Valente.

OPERA
Spesso è proprio una struttura ordinata e
precostituita a dare un senso: nell’opera lirica
è la trama, il libretto, che dà una direzione e
una compiutezza alla musica.
Nella nostra Opera, disegnata da Federica
Suman, la struttura esterna in ferro racchiude
e contiene un’anima di luce a LED, gli dà una
forma e crea un gioco luminoso sulla superficie
su cui si riflette.
L’essenziale ma scenografica struttura a “gabbia”
è composta da rombi irregolari in ferro disposti a
raggiera, in modo da formare una sorta di sfera
schiacciata, ed è proposta in finitura galvanica
rame lucido o cromo nero lucido.
All’interno, per la diffusione della luce, è presente
un cilindro in cristallo soffiato trasparente, con
fascia a copertura della fonte luminosa in foglia
rame (abbinata alla struttura esterna in rame)
oppure foglia argento (abbinata alla struttura in
cromo nero).

What often makes sense is a defined and orderly structure.
In opera it is the plot, the book which gives the music direction
and meaning.
In our Opera designed by Federica Suman, the external iron
structure contains a soul of LED light which gives it both shape and
creates a play of light on the reflected surface.
The essential yet scenographic “cage” structure is made of irregular
iron rhombi arranged radially, so that they create a sort of crushed
sphere; it is in galvanic polished copper or in galvanic polished
black chrome.

Inside, for light diffusion, there’s a blown crystal transparent
cylinder with a band covering the light source in covering copper
leaf (combined with the copper structure) or in covering silver leaf
(combined with the black chrome structure).

TERRAZZA MARTINI
L’aperitivo, si sa, è nato a Milano. E quale migliore drink di un
Martini. Mescolato o agitato, come preferiva il buon James
Bond, poco importa. L’importante è che, annegata nella
classica coppa da cocktail, ci sia un’oliva.
Dall’oliva, dalla sua forma tondeggiante infilzata nel sottile
stuzzicadenti, nasce il design di questa lampada, creata dalla
collaborazione con i designers Chiaramonte e Marin.
La forma tonda, pulita e sempre classica, della sfera in vetro soffiato
(finitura grigio fumè) si coniuga all’essenzialità e modernità del
diffusore interno, un cilindro in vetro sabbiato bianco latte che
racchiude un’alta tecnologia. Al suo interno, infatti, una struttura in
alluminio vuoto, studiata appositamente per dissipare il calore delle
sue tre schede LED low power. Particolari di chiusura e rosone in
finitura nichel nero satinato.
As we know the aperitif was born in Milan, and what
better cocktail than a Martini, stirred or shaken as James
Bond would prefer? Regardless of which, the essential
ingredient is the plump olive impaled on a thin toothpick and
immersed in the cocktail glass.
It is just this image which inspired the design of this luminaire by
the creative collaboration of designers Chiaramonte and Marin.
The round, clean and classical shape of the blown glass spheres
(in smoked grey finish) is combined with the requisite modern
style of the internal diffuser, a milky white sandblasted glass
cylinder that encloses a technology heart. Inside it, in fact, there
is a hollow aluminum body designed to dissipate the heat of his
three LED low-power boards. The capping and the ceiling rose
are available in black satin nickel finish.

PAVÉ
A Milano il pavé riveste le strade del centro. I
ciottoli in porfido vengono accostati e le fughe
sigillate con sabbia e cemento. Il cemento,
quest’ultimo materiale, diventa protagonista
assoluto di questa lampada nel volume pieno
e materico del diffusore interno, esaltato e
arricchito dalla leggerezza e trasparenza del
vetro esterno che lo protegge.
Come i cubetti del pavé rimangono uniti e coesi,
così in questa lampada dal design essenziale
e pulito, vetro e cemento si fondono insieme
nella trasmissione della luce. La lampada a
sospensione presenta un corpo interno in
cemento grigio, la cui forma viene replicata da
un diffusore esterno di dimensioni maggiori
e importanti esaltate dalla purezza del vetro
cristallo trasparente.
In Milan pavé is the name for cobbles that cover the downtown streets.
The cobblestones are in close proximity to each other with the gaps
between their points of contact sealed with a sand cement mixture. Cement
thus becomes the key driving factor in the creation of this luminaire where
the cement voluminous internal diffuser is enhanced and enriched by the
lightness and transparency of the outer glass that protects it.
So, in a similar manner to the homogeneous structure created by the cobbles, the glass
and cement of this luminaire come together to spread light, and create a lamp with a
clean and essential design. The suspended luminaire consists of an internal cement
body whose shape is replicated by a bigger surrounding transparent glass diffuser.
The large size is enhanced by the purity and transparency of the glass.

GIOIA
Per noi la gioia sta nelle piccole cose,
da vivere però con grande sentimento;
per non abituarsi mai alla sorpresa e alla
bellezza. Ecco quindi la nostra Gioia:
un piccolo corpo singolo che in gruppo
diffonde una grande luce, un sottile filo
che può sorprendere con il rosso, il colore
dell’emozione.
Gioia unisce ricerca estetica, tecnologica e
funzionale a un elegante gioco di trasparenze
e nuances di colore, per dare un tocco di
personalità all’ambiente. Proposta nella
versione singola o in cadute multiple è
caratterizzata da una raffinata forma ovale
leggermente schiacciata in vetro pyrex,
trasparente all’esterno e sabbiato all’interno.
I diffusori sono disponibili in cristallo
trasparente, cromo sfumato e bronzo
lucido (ottenuto grazie alla lavorazione
della metallizzazione).
Taking joy from little things and living our
lives with feeling we should never become
blasé about the element of surprise and
beauty. Here, therefore, is our Gioia (Joy):
a single element that when grouped with
others spreads great light; a thin wire
which, with the red colour of emotion,
creates the surprise.
Gioia combines aesthetic, technical and
functional innovation with a game of
transparencies and nuances of colours, to
give a touch of personality to the atmosphere.
It is presented in the single version or in
composition and it is characterized by a
refined oval shape slightly crushed, made
of pyrex glass, transparent outside and
sandblasted inside. Gioia plays with unusual
striking colours and styles combinations.
The glass bodies are available in transparent
crystal, chrome shades and polished bronze
(obtained thanks to the metallization process).

Gioia si può installare su rosone tondo bianco da tre o sei
elementi oppure a caduta libera, con kit per decentramento da
tre o cinque elementi.
Gioia can be mounted on a circular white rose with three or six
light points or in multiple composition, positioning freely three or
five suspension lamps.
Cavi proposti nei colori rosso, verde militare e trasparente.
Con kit per decentramento viene fornito un cavo da 2,5mt.
Cables are available in red, military green and transparent
colour. In the multiple composition the products are given
