Amongst the various products resulting
from the research and development achieved with the brand F.lli Rossetto we find
FREE FORM, an integral, soft, colorable
polyurethane in several shades. It is a product with great mechanical resistance, both
as intrinsic elasticity and as resistance to
scratches.
In the client range of F.lli Rossetto, FREE
FORM is especially appropriate for stools,
chairs and armchairs that can also be used
outdoors.
This polyurethane is molded on a metal
insert and in POLTRONG, as on wood, plastic or their combinations.
Properties and advantages
The average density of FREE FORM is 250
kg/m3, also benefiting from the quality of
being fireproof, as certified by the Italian
ca che al graffio. Nella gamma di clientela
della F.lli Rossetto, il FREE FORM è particolarmente indicato per sgabelli, sedie e poltroncine.
Questo poliuretano viene stampato sia su un
inserto in metallo che in POLSTRONG, come
su legno, plastica o loro combinazioni.
Proprietà e vantaggi
La densità media del FREE FORM è di 250 kg/
m3 godendo anche della qualità d’essere ignifugo come attestato dalla
normativa del settore sia
italiana che inglese: Classe
1M italiana quindi BS CRIB 5
e Cigarette Test. Inoltre
sono disponibili i test EN
12720/97 per la resistenza
ai liquidi freddi, il PTP
53/95 per il comportamento ai prodotti di pulizia,
l’EN ISO 11640:1998 per il
mantenimento del colore
allo strofinio e infine l’UV
ASTM G 154-06 per gli
agenti esterni.
Queste idee consentono
alla F.lli Rossetto d’essere
sul mercato da 55 anni e di
progettare il futuro.
