Emilceramica is strengthening
its partnership with the System
group. After trying out Nuova
Era technology and seeing the
raw materials savings offered by
the System Ceramics 4Phases
packaging machine at the former Acif facility, the historic Fiorano-based ceramic company
once again turned to System for
its recent investment to modernise the storage systems
and end-of-line department
at the former Prisma facility.

customised Multigecko twostack sorter with 16 suction

da anni operano gli AGV System
per l’asservimento ai pallettizzatori, sono stati avviati uno smistatore
su due pile Multigecko customizzato con 16 ventose, un 4Phases e il
pallettizzatore Griffon. L’impianto
di stoccaggio è stato nuovamente affidato a Nuova Era,
mentre la decorazione digitale è realizzata con Creadigit, che garantisce precisione
e assenza di difetti di stampa.
Con questo layout, l’impianto di Emilceramica gestirà la
produzione di piastrelle in
formati medio-grandi.

Tecnargilla 2014 di Rimini hanno
colto nel segno: numerosi visitatori sono giunti in stand e molti
nuovi contatti si sono trasformati in nuove commesse.
