Classe 1963, vive da tempo a Milano con la sua famiglia (3 figli).
Si laurea a pieni voti in Architettura al Politecnico di Milano nel 1988.
Inizia a collaborare presso l’ufficio di Madrid con Larry Smith, società leader nella consulenza nel retail real
estate. È responsabile dello sviluppo di Larry Smith Italia che oggi conta oltre 90 addetti. Amplia il campo
d’attività della società che studi di mercato passa ad un prevalente impegno nella prestazione di servizi
operativi quali la commercializzazione e la gestione di centri commerciali.
Come Direttore Generale risponde agli azionisti che nel tempo si sono succeduti (l’australiana Lend Lease e
l’olandese Eurocommercial Properties).
Nel 2004 assieme ad altri soci perfeziona un MBO di Larry Smith Italia di cui è Amministratore Delegato.
Segue l’espansione delle attività all’estero ed in particolare in Russia ed in Brasile dove sono stati aperti due
uffici. Partecipa attivamente al dibattito nel mondo immobiliare e commerciale frequentando numerose
associazioni. Nel 2006 viene nominato Vicepresidente del Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali
(CNCC) e Vicepresidente di AICI; MRICS. Recentemente è anche entrato a far parte del Board di ULI Italia ed
è membro del Comitato Scientifico di EIRE.
Born in 1963, he has been living in Milan for years with his family (3 children).
He graduated with honors in Architecture at “Politecnico” University of Milan in 1988.
He began working in Larry Smith in 1988, in the Madrid office, leading company in consultino retail real
estate.He is responsible for the development of Larry Smith Italia, today a company counting a staff of more
than 90 people. He expands the scope of activities of the company, from market researches only to services
such as leasing and management of shopping centers
As General Director, he reported to shareholders that have succeeded one another over the time (the
Australian Lend Lease and the Dutch Eurocommercial Properties).
In 2004, he agreed with other managers a MBO of Larry Smith Italia of which he is CEO. Larry Smith Italia
turned to be again a completely independent society. He takes care of the international business with the
opening of branch office in Russia and Brazil.
He participates actively in the debates regarding the retail real estate attending numerous associations. In
2006 he has been appointed Vice-President of the Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali (CNCC –
National Council of Shopping Centres) and Vice-President of the Associazione Italiana Consulenti Gestori e
Valutatori Immobiliari (AICI – Italian Association of Real Estate Consultants, Managers and Estimators). He
is a member of EIRE’s Scientific Committee.
