Board Holds Bond,
Two Plat Hearings
In the one case to appear for
public hearing before the New
Castle Planning Board on Mon­
day, December 11, Frank Pytel,
developer of Cloverlea, was
granted a six months' extension
of his performance bond for the
construction of subdivision roads.
Approval was given by the
Board to section 2 of the Indian
Hill development of the Steph|i
M. Ruden Corp., decision on
which had been postponed from
the Board's previous hearing at
a special meeting when the Board
requested that on 18 per cent
grade on one of the subdivision's
roads be reduced to 16 per cent.
Approval was granted on com­
pliance with this requirement.
The new development is about
25 acres in extent, and is platted
for 22 houses.
A preliminary hearing on sec­
tion 3 of J. Bain Turner's Old
Acres development, of about 14
acres in extent and laid out for
10 houses, resulted in approval
