“Un vaso e un anello: due forme pure che forniscono la maggior parte
di una funzione e un qualcosa in più. Una forma s’insedia nell’altra.
Il vetro, materiale della terra, trasformato dall’intelligenza della mano
umana.”
Un vaso cilindrico con un bordo generoso che si apre morbidamente
verso l’esterno si combina ad un anello per contenere pochi fiori o un
ricco bouquet. L’anello infatti può appoggiarsi sul bordo per ridurne
l’apertura e sostenerne il contenuto. Ring Vase è un oggetto che si
basa sulla purezza e la bellezza delle forme geometriche semplici
valorizzate dalla qualità artigianale del vetro soffiato in stampo.

“A vase and a ring: two basic shapes that provide most of a function,
as well as something more. One form penetrates into the other. Glass,
the earth material, transformed by man’s smart hand.”
A cylinder-shaped vase with a large edge opening softly outwards is
combined with a ring in a variety of ways to contain few flowers or a
large bouquet. The ring can rests on the edge to reduce the size of
its opening and support its contents. Ring Vase is based on pure and
beautiful plain geometries, valorized by the craft quality of mouldblown glass.
Industrial designer, dopo la sua prima esperienza con Denis Santachiara e
Philippe Starck, ha creato il suo studio a Parigi. Considera il design come
ricerca, utile sia per la routine quotidiana che per tracciare gli scenari futuri.
Con una visione allo stesso tempo consapevole e ingenua del mondo, si
interroga sull’ovvietà delle codificazioni, in modo da facilitarne la rottura

be research, to both serve daily routines and trace future scenarios. With both
a knowledgeable and naive view of the world, she questions the obviousness
