A new restaurant run by the mythical Adrià brothers is inaugurated in Ibiza, in collaboration
with the famous Canadian circus show company

What have the Cirque du Soleil got in common with the ultra-chef of molecular cuisine
Ferran Adrià? Verve, imagination, peak expertise, courage, daring, and now… a
restaurant! Or three, actually.
Because in not many days from now, Heart will be opening: a new mecca for demanding
and adventurous palates in the centre of Ibiza. This establishment is the result of a
surprising collaboration between the Adrià brothers and Guy Laliberté (founder and head
of the Cirque du Soleil), and will actually consist of three restaurants in one, each with its
own identity but all flying the flag of unconfined creativity. Baraka will be the most
all-welcoming destination, specialising in unprecedented street food and street art;
The Workshop will offer Adrià cuisine together with live performances and avant-garde
concerts; finally, La Boîte will lavish on a very privileged few the ultimate in luxury eating.
Bearing in mind the precedents of these three creators, if you’re interested start queuing now!
Cosa hanno in commune il Cirque du Soleil e lo chef della cucina molecolare Ferran
Adrià? Estro, fantasia, competanza, coraggio, spregiudicatezza… e ora persino un
ristorante! Anzi tre! E’ infatti prevista a giorni l’apertura di Heart, nuova meta per palati
esigenti nel cuore di Ibiza. Il ristorante, creato in collaborazione con Guy Laliberté (già
CEO del Cirque du Soleil), racchiuderà in sé tre diverse anime, tutte votate ad una
creatività senza confini. Baraka sarà il locale dedicato alla moltitudine, offrirà ai suoi ospiti
street food di eccelsa qualità e ispirazioni street art; presso il The Workshop sarà invece
possibile gustare la cucina dei fratelli Adrià assistendo a spettacoli dal vivo e concerti
d’avanguardia; infine, La Boîte metterà a disposizione di pochissimi privilegiati tutto il
sapore del lusso. Viste le precedenti esperienze, conviene mettersi in fila!
