APPLICAZIONI
USE AND OPERATION
I bunsen sono dispositivi a fiamma libera utilizzati per piccole saldature e riscaldi.
Bunsen burners are free-flame devices utilized to carry out small weldings and heatings.
Al fine di evitare rischi occorre che il bunsen sia correttamente collegato alla rete di
distribuzione del gas metano o ai dispositivi bombola per l’erogazione di gas liquidi,
tramite tubo omologato secondo il tipo di gas utilizzato, e fissato con fascette stringitubo.
In order to avoid any risks, the bunsen burner has to be connected properly to the natural
gas distribution network or to the liquid gas bottles; connection has to be carried out by
means of type-tested pipelines according to the type of gas being used and duly fixed in
place with suitable hose clamps.
I bunsen sono prodotti nei diversi standard secondo il gas che sarà utilizzato e sono
provvisti di targhetta identificativa.

I bunsen sono realizzati con materiali che assicurano un lungo periodo di esercizio senza
richiedere particolare manutenzione. Tuttavia, nel caso eventuale il prodotto richiedesse
un intervento di riparazione, questo deve essere effettuato da Personale Tecnico
Qualificato.
The bunsen burners are manufactured utilizing materials which assure better performance
and long-life, maintenance-free usage. In any case, should the product need to be
repaired, the intervention has to be executed by skilled technicians, only.

Per conservare a lungo ed in perfetta efficienza il prodotto è necessario mantenere pulito
il foro di uscita del tubo bunsen.
To preserve the highest and long-lasting working efficiency of your bunsen burner, it is
necessary to keep clean the outlet hole of the bunsen pipe.
INSTALLAZIONE
INSTALLATION
Accertarsi che i dati di targa corrispondano alla fonte di erogazione del gas.
Inserire il tubo omologato sul portagomma e serrare con fascetta stringitubo.
Eventualmente tarare la pressione di utilizzo sulle bombole.
Make sure that the data stated on the plate correspond to the gas feeding source.
Introduce the tested pipe on the pipe-fitting and tighten with hose clamp.
Set the working pressure.
MODALITA’ D’USO
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Per un corretto funzionamento del bunsen occorre operare come segue:
1. Aprire il rubinetto del gas
2. Accendere la fiamma
3. Regolare la presa d’aria del bunsen per raggiungere l’intensità della fiamma
desiderata.
To assure the correct operation of the bunsen burner, act as follows:
1. Open the gas cock
2. Light the flame
3. Adjust the bunsen burner air inlet to reach the desired flame intensity.
