Il termine automazione identifica la tecnologia che usa
sistemi di comando e controllo per gestire macchine e
processi, riducendo la necessità dell’intervento umano.
Tale tecnologia si realizza per l’esecuzione di operazioni
ripetitive o complesse, ma anche ove si richieda
sicurezza o certezza dell’azione, o semplicemente
maggiore comodità.
Queste macchine spesso lavorano in ambienti chiusi,
dove tuttavia possono essere richieste temperature di
funzionamento basse o alte a causa degli sbalzi termici
tra giorno e notte. Quando vengono utilizzate all’aperto
possono essere soggette a varie condizioni atmosferiche
(acqua, polveri, raggi UV, vento). Sono quindi necessari
componenti con buon grado di protezione agli agenti
atmosferici, resistenza alle basse e alte temperature,
alto grado di resistenza e durata meccanica ed elettrica.
Tutti i componenti devono essere precisi, affidabili e
sicuri per gestire il controllo della movimentazione e
garantire la massima sicurezza di funzionamento ed
evitare danni a persone o cose.
TER ha maturato una competenza specifica nella
progettazione e nella produzione di componenti di
comando e controllo di sicurezza che possono essere
utilizzati nella gestione dell’automazione di macchine e
processi che richiedano livelli di sicurezza elevati.
The term automation identifies the technology that uses
command and control systems to manage machines
and processes, thus reducing the need for human
intervention. This technology is designed for the
performance of repetitive or complex operations, but
also for systems requiring safe or reliable actions, or
simply for greater convenience.
These machines are often used indoors, however low
or high operation temperatures may be required due to
the thermal shifts between night and day. When they
are used outdoors they may be subject to a variety of
weather conditions (water, dust, UV rays, wind). They
therefore need components with a high degree of
protection against weather effects, resistance to high
and low temperatures, high mechanical and electrical
resistance and durability.
All components must be precise, reliable and safe to
ensure good handling control and guarantee maximum
operating safety to prevent personal injury and damage
to objects.
TER has developed specific expertise in the design and
production of safety command and control components
that can be used for the automation of machines and
processes requiring high safety levels.
