CHANGE TO CASH PASSPORT™ AGREEMENT

Please accept this letter as notice of forthcoming changes to the Travelex Cash
Passport agreement.
In accordance with section 9.2* of Travelex Cash Passport Prepaid Terms and
Conditions, with effect from 22nd May 2014, if you purchase a Travelex Euro Cash
Passport Card, the current reload fee of €2 is increasing to 4.9% of the amount
reloaded onto the Travelex Cash Passport Euro Card.
Additionally, if you have requested a Secondary Card with your Travelex Cash
Passport Card purchase today, a fee is now payable.
Please check the Secondary Card fee with the Travelex store before you complete
your purchase.
By purchasing a Travelex Cash Passport Card, you acknowledge and agree to
the changes set out above. Your Cash Passport agreement will be deemed
amended accordingly.
* 9.2 We will notify you of changes at least two (2) months before the change
is implemented.
If you are dissatisfied with any change, you can terminate the Agreement by
contacting Card Services.
You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the changes,
unless you notify Card Services to the contrary before they come into force.

MODIFICA AL CONTRATTO CASH PASSPORT™
COMUNICAZIONE
Con la presente lettera, desideriamo avvisarLa di imminenti modifiche al contratto
Travelex Cash Passport.
Ai sensi della sezione 9.2* dei Termini e Condizioni di Travelex Cash Passport
Prepagata, a decorrere dal 22 maggio 2014, se Lei acquista una carta in Euro
Travelex Cash Passport, la commissione di ricarica attuale di 2€ sarà aumentata
al 4,9% dell’importo caricato sulla carta in Euro Travelex Cash Passport. Inoltre, se
ha richiesto una Carta Secondaria con il Suo acquisto odierno della Carta Travelex
Cash Passport, ora è previsto il pagamento di una commissione.
Verifichi la commissione della Carta Secondaria con il negozio Travelex prima di
completare l’acquisto.
Con l’acquisto di una carta Travelex Cash Passport, Lei accetta le modifiche di
cui sopra.
Il Suo contratto Cash Passport sarà ritenuto modificato di conseguenza.
*9.2 La informeremo di eventuali modifiche almeno due (2) mesi prima dell’entrata in vigore della modifica.
Qualora fosse insoddisfatto/a di una qualsiasi modifica, ha la possibilità di recedere
dal contratto contattando l’Assistenza Titolari. Lei prende atto che riterremo
accordato il Suo assenso alle modifiche, salvo contraria notifica da parte Sua
all’Assistenza Titolari prima della loro entrata in vigore.
