Buongiorno a tutti i nostri piccoli cuochi.
Oggi presentiamo una ricetta molto amata in Italia – un piatto tradizionale con i colori della bandiera
italiana. Una ricetta veloce, facile e dal sapore unico e freschissimo. Ecco a voi l’insalata caprese.
Ci vogliono pochi ingredienti:
• due mozzarelle di bufala
• cinque pomodori maturi
• un bel mazzetto di basilico
• sale e
• olio d’oliva.
Per prepararla:
• Su un piatto, tagliate i pomodori e la mozzarella a fette dello stesso spessore.
• Nel piatto mettete una fetta di pomodoro, una foglia di basilico, e una fetta di mozzarella per creare i tre
colori della bandiera.
• Spolverate con sale e
• Condite con olio d’oliva.
Allora bambini non dimenticatevi di chiedere aiuto ai vostri genitori quando usate i coltelli.
E questa ricetta è perfetta come antipasto o un secondo molto leggero per tutta la famiglia.

Buongiorno ascoltatori. E adesso il meteo …
Oggi al nord Italia ci sarà tanto vento e piogge frequenti. Temperature massime tra gli otto e dieci gradi.
Al centro, il sole splende e fa bel tempo con un massimo di venti gradi.
Nel sud Italia, qualche pioggia di mattina presto però poi bel tempo nel pomeriggio. Temperature massime
tra i sedici e ventidue gradi.
Allora per i prossimi tre giorni il tempo si mantiene stabile su tutte le regioni.

Ciao Laura come stai?
Laura:
Bene Andrea ma sono molto impegnata, ho tanti compiti da fare e lavoro al supermercato. Cosa
stai bevendo?
Andrea:
Sto provando per la prima volta la nuova cola; l’hai assaggiata?
Laura:
No, sai che sono un po’ particolare con quanti zuccheri consumo. Ho sempre trovato la cola
molto dolce e poi le bibite gassate non fanno bene alla salute.
Andrea:
Ma no, la nuova cola la considerano una bibita sana perché è zuccherata con la foglia di stevia.
Ha il 36% di zuccheri in meno rispetto a molte bibite vendute in Italia. Questa cola è fatta con
sostanze che non danneggiano la salute.
Laura:
Beh, mmm … non mi convinci, sai che i giovani consumano troppi zuccheri che non sono
necessari e che causano problemi alla salute.
Andrea:
Ma dai Laura, secondo me questa nuova bibita fatta con la foglia di stevia è una buona idea.
Laura:
Va bene … ma l’acqua naturale è sempre la migliore.

Luca, ti ho detto di smettere con questi videogiochi! Fanno troppo paura con quelle brutte
immagini.
Luca:
Ma non è vero! Non ho comprato giochi che fanno paura! Devo dire che questo gioco è
molto istruttivo. Mi fa capire come guidare una macchina! Vedi che sto sviluppando i miei
riflessi? Mi aiuta a coordinare il cervello con i movimenti delle mani.
Mamma:
Non ci credo! Questi giochi tolgono la creatività e non ti lasciano pensare in un modo
autonomo, e poi sei sempre davanti allo schermo.
Luca:
Ma, mamma, dai … ho appena incominciato a giocare!
Mamma:
Luca, spegni il videogioco e vai a trovare il tuo amico, Giorgio, che ti ha telefonato più di
un’ora fa.
Luca:
Mamma … solo venti minuti in più per finire questo gioco!!
Mamma:
Ti ho detto di spegnere il videogioco e basta!
Vai a trovare Giorgio, almeno potete parlare, faccia a faccia.
Perché non andate in cortile a giocare a pallone e prendere un po’ d’aria fresca? Non lo sai
che l’attività fisica fa bene alla salute!
Oppure potete andare a fare una passeggiata in piazza! È una bella giornata.
Luca:
Uffa … Va bene mamma!!

Dall’ultimo sondaggio fatto dalla rivista per i giovani italiani Tutta Musica si conclude
ancora una volta che il Festival della canzone italiana non fa più parte della vita dei
giovani. Non lo seguono e non lo trovano interessante.
Cosa ne pensate? Telefonateci al numero verde – 100 35 94 e dateci la vostra opinione
… Ah, ecco siamo in linea con Alessandra. Buongiorno, cosa ci dici Alessandra?
Alessandra:
Buongiorno. Il Festival esiste dal 1951 e ha reso famosi molti cantanti italiani. Ma non
è cambiato affatto in tutti questi anni. Tanti giovani, come me, si sentono esclusi.
Presentatore:
Esclusi! Perché?
Alessandra:
Beh, secondo me, il Festival è veramente fuori moda! Per ascoltare e conoscere nuovi
cantanti bisogna seguire programmi musicali alla televisione o ascoltare le nuove
proposte alla radio o online. Per noi giovani il Festival della canzone italiana fa parte
del passato e non rappresenta chi siamo!!
Presentatore:
Allora Alessandra, anche se le statistiche indicano che l’ascolto della musica è una
delle attività più svolte dai ragazzi durante il tempo libero, i ragazzi italiani tra i 14 e 20
anni considerano il Festival fuori moda!
Cosa suggerisci allora, Alessandra?
Alessandra:
Bisogna dare spazio a nuovi generi di musica e ai nuovi gruppi.
Per esempio, molti giovani di oggi preferiscono il rap perché rappresenta un elemento
del futuro che riflette aspetti e problemi sociali.
Perché non includere tutti i generi di musica che piacciono ai giovani di oggi cioè
Rock, Hip Hop, rap, Metal e House? Scelte musicali che hanno indubbiamente molto
più appeal sui ragazzi.

Scoprite l’Emilia Romagna

Riscoprite l’Emilia Romagna … vi invitiamo a visitare e ammirare questa regione dopo
l’iniziativa del progetto ‘Arte Emiliana’ che ha portato al restauro del patrimonio artistico
emiliano. Da anni la regione è conosciuta solo per la sua cucina, ed ecco a voi che in questo
periodo di rinascita si scoprono i tesori emiliani. L’Emilia Romagna da sempre è conosciuta
nel mondo per i suoi prodotti unici, ma negli ultimi anni grazie ai comuni e alle organizzazioni
culturali locali è venuto alla luce che questa regione ha un patrimonio culturale e artistico di
prim’ordine.
Nel passato eravamo convinti che questa regione offrisse solo una meravigliosa esperienza
culinaria, con i famosi tortellini, le lasagne, la mortadella, il prosciutto, il formaggio, e non
bisogna dimenticare l’aceto balsamico di Modena. Ora, durante questo periodo di restauro, grazie
al progetto ‘Arte Emiliana’, la regione viene riconosciuta anche per l’arte, l’architettura e la
cultura.
Non è stato facile ma, dopo le tante polemiche e discussioni si è deciso che era di massima
importanza riparare chiese, palazzi e musei. Con questo enorme progetto sono stati restaurati
900 monumenti con un costo di 500 milioni di euro. Tra i vari monumenti ristrutturati, molta cura
è stata data al campanile della Chiesa di Modena e all’antica Torre dell’Orologio, posti di molto
interesse per i tanti turisti.
A Modena circa 1400 opere d’arte sono state incluse in una mostra fotografica di questi ‘gioelli’
prima e dopo il restauro.
L’Emilia Romagna con i suoi tesori nascosti può essere aggiunta al prestigioso elenco delle
regioni artistiche.

Roma Città Olimpica ... Di nuovo ...

ROMA – Roma spera di ospitare le Olimpiadi del 2024. Poche città al mondo presentano un
carattere come quello di Roma. Si sa che circa un decimo dei beni artistici italiani si trova nella
città eterna. Tra i numerosi palazzi, chiese, e famosi monumenti storici, Roma è considerata una
città-museo, una città d’arte, una città viva e ricca di cose da scoprire ma anche una città che ha
bisogno di essere pulita!
È stato proposto un grande progetto che include la costruzione del villaggio olimpico, dello
stadio e dei diversi centri sportivi, ma anche il restauro dei famosi monumenti di Roma. Questo
progetto è stato programmato per il 2018 fino al 2023 e creerà 177 mila posti di lavoro.
La candidatura della capitale italiana alle Olimpiadi del 2024 avrà un budget di 5 miliardi di euro.
Un rappresentante della città di Roma dice: ‘I cittadini di Roma hanno la forza, la storia, e la
cultura per vincere questa sfida. Vogliamo che le nostre Olimpiadi siano le migliori del mondo.
Lo sport deve essere al centro del progetto ma vogliamo che anche la città sia al centro e che
porti un boom turistico per il futuro. Se lavoreremo bene ci sarà anche un miglioramento della
qualità di vita per tutti i romani. Roma ancora una volta avrà l’occasione di essere la più bella
città del mondo!!’
