The EAQG is the European Sector of the International Aerospace Quality Group
New Auditor Training – The future?
• There was discussion about current need for new auditors to have to
take the existing AATT & then the new 9100:2016 transition training
– CB’s raised concerns about lack of available AATT classes (and class
size limit of 8), which is restricting new auditors from joining the scheme
• EAQG OPMT’s current position has been that any future training
need will have to be re-bid
• Plexus have offered to quote for combining the existing AATT with
the transition delta training, which will provide a single course for
new auditors to take
• Be prepared that some time soon, IAQG OPMT is going to be
asked to consider this option
– With 91XX:2009 audits effectively becoming redundant after 15 June
2017, this is going to need to be reviewed as expecting a new auditor
after this date to have to be trained to the old 9100 standard (current
AATT) before taking the 2016 transition training is unrealistic and
expensive
– EAQG OPMT position will need to be established?

AAB auditor re-authentication process: can audit sessions in different location of the
same organization be considered as different audits in term of auditor reauthentication requirement satisfaction (4 audit in the last three years)? No, in nessun
caso
If re-authentication application is provided late (less than 3 months before the
expiration date), can the AAB commission to accept the application under specific
conditions? Si se ci sono giustificate motivazioni (errate programmazioni di attività
non è una motivazione valida). Negli altri casi si, se la commissione è in grado di
svolgere l’attività (in ogni caso il requisito non è contestabile).
Can training educations on ISO9001, Risk Management, Safety Environment be
considered as continuing educations according to 9104-003 par. 8.1 requirement in reauthentication applications? ISO9001 no. In generale gli argomenti trattati devono
essere chiaramente evidenziati nelle evidenze della formazione e devono essere
attinenti il requisito richiamato nel paragrafo 8.1
