One of our favorite places to stay in Italy.
Located in the hills above Florence, you can
sip Campari on their terrace and gaze down
at the Duomo at sunset. Dinner and
breakfast are included and the breakfast will
keep you going for most of the day. They
have parking and the local bus takes you
through the traffic and drops you off in the
centro storico.

Le Tre Vassele

A splurge, but apparently well worth every
euro. The restaurant is one of the best and
the town is neat and picturesque. The
Wine Museum is one of my favorites in
Italy, incredible array of vessels, well
displayed. Some of the best gelato found
at the south entrance of town near the
main bus stop.
