Starting from the season 2009-10, in the foil competitions the use of the masks with the conductive
bib is mandatory.
ADMITTED CATEGORIES
All the Veterans fencers who are born before 1/1/1981 are admitted:
cat. 0 (30-39 years old), cat. I (40-49 years old), cat. II (50-59 years old), cat. III (60+ years old).
The fencers enrolled to a foreign fencing Federation are admitted.
ENTRY
The fencing clubs shall send the entries, modifications and cancellations, to the Federazione Italiana
Scherma ONLY by FAX (no. +39 06 36858139 alla c.a. di ENRICO BIONDI) or by E-MAIL
([email protected]) until 12h00 of WEDNESDAY 14 October 2009.
At the competition venue, until half an hour before the start of the competition, the entry shall be either
confirmed or cancelled, and the relevant entry fee shall be paid.
According to the Art. 4 of the provisions of FIS sport activity for the year 2009-10, the fencer who
has not registered on time can be allowed to participate upon payment, at the competition venue,
of a fee of Euro 100.00. The participation will anyway require the prior authorization of the legal
representative of the fencing club.

The formula will be decided by the Tournament Direction according to the FIS and AMIS 2009-10 rules.

For those who come from Turin, A4 (Milan-Turin) motorway, suggested exit Boffalora, follow
the direction Malpensa airport, then continue direction Milan and exit at Busto Arsizio Nord.
By plane: Malpensa airport:
Taxi (15 minutes) or Malpensa - express / Milano train , stop at Busto Arsizio station.
By train:
Ferrovie dello Stato: from Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi railway station direction Varese
