Maschine zum Polieren von Kanten und Fasen von Längsstreifen
aus Granit, Marmor und ähnlichem Stein geeignet. Die ganze
Maschine ist aus Elektrogeschweißtem Stahl gebaut, was jegliche
Deformation ausschließt und beste Widerstandfähigkeit garantiert. Außerdem
wird sie sandbestrahlt und mit hypossidischen Lacken aus 2 Komponenten
lackiert. Alle Gehäuse bestehen aus Inox-Stahl, für eine bessere Dauer auf
die Zeit. Die Spulen, die die Schleifwerkezeuge tragen, sind in eine gebohrte
monolithische Struktur eingebaut, auf diese Weise ist eine aufs Hundertstel
genaue Parallelität hinsichtlich dem Arbeitstisch gesichert. Die Gleitfläche des
Arbeitstisches ist aus abgehobelntem Stahl. Die Drückerstange ist motorisiert.
Das Transportband wird von einem Riemen gesteuert, so daß das seitliche
Verrutschen vermieden wird. Auf Anfrage werden alle unsere Modelle mit einer,
für eine Bewegung der Werkstücke klappbaren Gegendruckstange geliefert.
Wennman sie umkippt, wird sie eine Stütze für lange Streifen. Die Bewegungen
dieser Stange sind motorisiert. Die Schleifwerkzeuge für die Polierung der
Kanten und Fasen gehen automatisch beim Durchgang des Werkstückes in
Gang. Der erste Schleifkopf kann auf Anfrage für eine Diamantscheibe zum
Kalibrieren der Kante vorgesehen werden. Die elektrische Schalttafel und das
Paneel mit den Schaltern entsprechen alle den Normen der EU.

Macchina idonea alla lucidatura delle coste e degli smussi di
strisciame di granito, marmo e pietre similari. Tutta la macchina
è costruita in acciaio elettrosaldato evitando qualsiasi deformazione, assicurando ottima resistenza. Inoltre viene sabbiata e verniciata con
vernici epossidiche bicomponenti. Tutti i carter sono costruiti in acciaio inox
per una migliore durata nel tempo. I mandrini porta abrasivi sono inseriti in una
struttura monolitica alesata; in tal modo si assicura una parallelità centesimale
rispetto al piano di banco. Il piano di scorrimento del banco è in acciaio piallato.
La barra porta pressori è motorizzata. Il nastro trasportatore è guidato da
una cinghia per evitare lo spostamento laterale. Tutti i nostri modelli, a richiesta, saranno completi di barra controspinta ribaltabile per un movimento dei
pezzi in lavorazione, ribaltandola diventa un appoggio per strisciami lunghi; i
movimenti di questa barra sono motorizzati. Gli abrasivi per la lucidatura delle
coste e degli smussi, entrano in funzione automaticamente al passaggio del
pezzo in lavorazione. La prima testa abrasiva, a richiesta, si può predisporre
per montare una mola diamantata, per calibrare la costa. Il quadro elettrico ed
il pannello dei comandi rispettano tutte le normative CEE.
N.B.: su tutti i nostri modelli, a richiesta, viene eseguita la zincatura a filo
corpo macchina.

The machine is designes for polishing edges and bevellings on
strips of granite, marble and similar stones. The machine is
fullt made of electrowelded steel in order to avoid ant warping
and allowing perfect resistance. Besides it is sand-blasted and varnished with
epossidic double component varnishes. Abrasive bearing mandrels are fitted in
a reamed monolithic structure in orter to have a centesimal parallelism to the
bench. The bench sliding plane is in planing steel. The presser beraing rod is
motore-driven. The belt is guided by a “V” belt to avoid the risk of lateral shifing. On demand all our models will be fitted with reclining wontrethruso bar, in
order to have a safer movement of wordef pieces; by reclining it, it becomes
a support for long strips; the movement of this bar are powered. Polishing
abrasives for edges and belevels start working automatically as the piece id
being worked and conveued. The first abrasive head, on request, can be set to
the mounting of a diamond wheel in order to calibrate the edge. The electrical
switchboard and the control panel are made accourding to EEC regulations.
The factory can galvanize the outer structure of all our machines if requested.

Màquina idònea para la pulidura de los cantos y de los biseles
de tablero de granito, màrmol y piedras similares. La màquina
entera es costruida con àcero electrosoldado, evitando
qualquiera deformaciòn y esegurando una òptima resistencia. Ademàs, esa es
arenada y barnizada con barnizes eposidicas bicomponentes. Todos los carter
son construidos con àcero inox para una mejor duraciòn en el tiempo. Los
mandriles porta abrasivos son insertados en una estructura monolitica alisada.
De esta manera se asegura un parallelismo centesimal respecto al plano del
banco. El plano de escurrimento del banco es de àcero liso. El lingote porta
prensas es motorizado. La cinta transportadore es guiada por una correa para
evitar el movimiento lateral. A pedido, todos nuestros modelos puedes incluyen
un lingote se contraempuje fàcil de volcar para un movimento de las partes en
lavoraciòn. Volcàndola, esa llega a ser un soporte para los tableros largos. Los
movimientos de esta barra son motorizados. Los abrasivos para la pulidura de
los cantos y de los biseles entran en funciòn automàticamente cuando pasa la
parte en lavoraciòn. La primera cabeza, a pedido, puede ser predispuesta para
pontar una muela diamantada, para calibrar el canto. El cuadro elèctrico y el
panel de los mandos respectan las normas CEE.
Nota: en todos nuestros modelos con pedidos particulares se efectua una capa
de cinc a hilo sobre el cuerpo màquina.
