ASL DELLA PROVINCIA DI BERGAMO COORDINAMENTO DIREZIONI SANITARIE DELLE STRUTTURE OSPEDALIERE PUBBLICHE E PRIVATE ACCREDITATE Preparazione alla Colonscopia con Fosfati/Sodiopicosolfato per os (NAP) Esame al mattino Gentile Signora, Egregio Signore, nei quattro giorni precedenti l'esame è necessario rispettare una dieta povera di scorie (no frutta e verdura) in modo da diminuire l'ingombro di materiale nell’intestino. Il giorno che precede l'esame A colazione ed a pranzo bere liquidi a volontà (latte, the, camomilla, brodo ecc.). Alle ore 16:00 assumere 1 DOSE di Fosfati/Sodiopicosolfato per os (NAP) sciolta in un bicchiere d'acqua; nelle due ore successive (dalle 16:00 alle 18:00) bere circa 2 litri di liquidi chiari come acqua, the, camomilla o bibite (no succhi di frutta). Alle ore 20:00 assumere 1 DOSE di Fosfati/Sodiopicosolfato per os (NAP) sciolta in un bicchiere d'acqua; nelle due ore successive (dalle 20:00 alle 22:00) bere circa 2 litri di liquidi chiari come acqua, the, camomilla o bibite (no succhi di frutta). Per particolari necessità consultare direttamente gli endoscopisti della struttura presso cui ha prenotato la prestazione. NOTA BENE Si ricorda che il/la paziente dovrà essere accompagnato/a da una persona in grado di guidare, comunque da una persona maggiorenne responsabile, in quanto sarà somministrato un sedativo che compromette la guida nelle ore successive l’indagine. Portare i referti di esami endoscopici o radiologici (Rx clisma opaco) già eseguiti. During the day before the exam: - At breakfast and lunch drink lots of liquids (milk, tea, camomile, soup…). - At 4 p.m. take 1 DOSE of Phosphate/Sodiumpicosulphate for os (NAP) dissolved in a glass of water; in the next two hours (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.) drink about 2 litres of liquids (water, tea, camomile or drink BUT NOT fruit juices). At 8 p.m. take 1 DOSE of Phosphate/Sodiumpicosulphate for os (NAP) dissolved in a glass of water: in the next two hours (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.) drink about 2 litres of liquids (water, tea, camomile or drink BUT NOT fruit juice). In case of any particular necessities directly contact the doctor who will do the colonoscopy at the hospital where you have the appointment. WARNING After the exam the patient cannot go back home alone but with a person who can drive or anyway a responsible person of age because, due to the sedative, it is dangerous for the patient to drive in the hours after the exam.
