ANTICO DAMASCO
DESCRIPTION: Antique look, interior decorative finish made with unique, natural raw
materials. Ideal for both classic and modern decorations.
ADVANTAGES: Excellent water vapour permeability, impervious to attacks from
moulds and fungus. Resistant to UV rays.
APPLICATION: For a first-time coat or application on an already painted surface, apply
two coats of “PRIMER DAMASCO”. Once dry, randomly apply thick amounts of the
product in small areas, leaving the gaps to be filled in later. After around 10 - 15
minutes (with the product still fresh on the wall), use a spatula to spread the
previously applied material across the wall. Cover the entire surface. Before it is
completely dry, proceed with the decorative finish by ‘combing’ the surface with a
stainless steel plastering trowel chosen to give the desired effect.
PRODUCT READY FOR USE: No need to add water.
COLOURS: Neutral. Can be coloured by adding “TONER”.

DESCRIPTION: Soft protective coat for interior finishings. Protective, washable, can
be painted over. Water-based resins with minimal environmental impact. Creates a soft
feel whilst maintaining the underlying decorative effect. Compatible with all TILAS
products and with most decorative finishes and water paints available on the market.
APPLICATION: Ready to be applied with a mohair roller.
Add 5% - 10% water to thin for spray applications.

ANTICO STUCCO ITALICO
DESCRIPTION: Finish for interiors with water vapour permeability and antiqued effect.
A special plaster with a new, innovative formula: produced with ecological resins,
natural vegetable oils, micronized Carrara marble fillers and titanium dioxide.
ADVANTAGES: Setting it apart from the other products currently on the market,
ANTICO STUCCO ITALICO is coloured with readily available universal colours which,
when mixed, provide an infinite variety of hues.
APPLICATION: Even off the surface with “SUPER STUCCO ARCOBALENO” until it is
smooth and compact. Colour “ANTICO STUCCO ITALICO” to taste. Apply the
resulting mix using a stainless steel plastering trowel, then wait 6 - 8 hours before
proceeding with the second plastering. When the wall is dry, decorate and polish it with
a stainless steel spatula and trowel. If the surface is to be made waterproof, treat it with
neutral natural wax 4 - 5 days after the initial application.
PRODUCT READY FOR USE: Can be diluted with drinking water if necessary.

TERRE DEL SOLE
Water-based decorative paint for interiors
DESCRIPTION: Decorative paint for interiors, breathable, washable, ecological, quick
and easy to apply. For producing warm atmospheres with a feel of yesteryear and
giving free rein to creativeness. Resistant to UV rays.
APPLICATION: Apply two coats of PRIMER thinned with 30% water, using a fine-nap
mohair roller. Dose the toner using the syringe provided, according to the formula
given. Add the toner to the base and mix by hand.
BRUSH APPLICATION: Apply “TERRE DEL SOLE” finish using a flat paintbrush in a
non-uniform way, covering about 1 m - 1.5 m at a time. After 3 - 5 minutes, even out
the decoration with the special plastic spatula.
GLOVE APPLICATION: Load the glove by immersing it in the bucket and apply on the
wall with circular movements until the whole surface is covered. After 5 - 10 minutes
even out with the spatula.
PRODUCT READY FOR USE: No need to add water.
COLOURS: Neutral. Can be coloured by adding TONER.

Acrylic-siloxane painting cycle
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Pure acrylic-siloxane dispersion-based, silanized, highly
water-repellent paint for outdoors.
FIELDS OF USE: ROMA is the right choice for smooth or structural exterior surfaces.
The acrylic-siloxane base provides outstanding protection against humidity and offers
great water vapour permeability.
DESCRIPTION: ROMA is resistant against atmospheric agents. It is based on an
innovative concept and is very easy to apply.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE: The product should be stored in a dry place and
protected against frost. Kept in its own container, its shelf life is guaranteed for a
maximum period of 12 months.
APPLICATION: ROMA can be applied using a brush. It requires a coat of ISOLANTE
ACRILSILOSSANICO and two coats of PRIMER ACRILSILOSSANICO. The final
application cycle consists of “COMPONENTE F” and “COMPONENTE C” (colour),
which should be mixed by hand and used within 48 hours after preparation.

OMBRE ROMANE
Acrylic-siloxane coating paint
DESCRIPTION: Excellent coating for interiors and exteriors. Its acrylic-siloxane
composition makes this paint very breathable and water-repellent, as well as resistant
and washable. Well-suited for refined environments and impressive exterior walls.
APPLICATION USING A GLOVE (for small and medium surfaces): Apply a coat of
ISOLANTE ACRILSILOSSANICO thinned with 50% water. Apply two coats of
PRIMER ACRILSILOSSANICO thinned with 10% water using a brush or roller. Apply
“OMBRE ROMANE” thinned with 50% water with a woollen glove, using semi-circular
motions.
APPLICATION USING A BRUSH (for large surfaces): Using this method, the
application can be interrupted at any time and started again, even the next day, without
the risk of adherence problems. Apply a coat of ISOLANTE ACRILSILOSSANICO
thinned with 50% water. Apply two coats of PRIMER ACRILSILOSSANICO thinned
with 10% water. Apply “OMBRE ROMANE” thinned with 50% water, with quick,
crossing, spaced brush strokes. Treat the surface again using the same method,
covering the empty areas. Finish off the empty areas with a final coat, covering all of
the spaces.

ANTICO TUFO ITALICO
DESCRIPTION: Coating based on hydrated lime and marble dusts with inorganic
pigments, special additives and inert mineral fillers. Its lime putty composition gives it
outstanding water vapour permeability.
FIELDS OF USE: Ideally suited for use on both old and modern buildings. Suitable for
interior and exterior coatings.
SURFACE PREPARATION: For correct application, old paint must be removed and the
surface should have no loose or lifting parts and be free of dust. To obtain even
absorption and give a uniform finish, the surface must be treated with a coat of
“ISOLANTE ACRILSILOSSANICO” and two coats of “PRIMER ACRILSILOSSANICO”
from the “I DECORATIVI By TILAS” line.
APPLICATION:
1) Apply a coat of ISOLANTE ACRILSILOSSANICO.
2) Apply two coats of PRIMER ACRILSILOSSANICO thinned with 10% water using a
brush or roller.
3) Apply a strip of masking tape 0.5 cm - 1 cm wide (according to the design).
4) Apply ANTICO TUFO ITALICO with a stainless steel plastering trowel.
5) Dab the surface with our special brush trowel to outline the design.
6) Before it dries, even out the relief design by flattening it with a stainless steel
plastering trowel.
7) Remove the masking tape whilst the product is still soft.
8) When it is completely dry, use a brush to apply “ROMA E I SUOI COLORI”
9) Smooth out the effect with a water-soaked sponge, removing excess paint until the
desired hue is achieved. The work should be carried out at temperatures between
10°C and 30°C.During the summer, it might be necessary to dampen the surface to be
treated.
