all’imballaggio e alla presentazione degli alimenti sul punto vendita ad alcune delle maggiori catene della GDO (Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc) e delle principali industrie di confezionamento di carni bianche e rosse.
Grazie a un importante accordo commerciale, Vitembal è stata inoltre
scelta da Sealed Air Cryovac quale partner per la fornitura di vassoi MAP
barrierati, sigillati poi da un film lidding. Tra gli elementi che distinguono
e valorizzano l’offerta di prodotto si annoverano un’organizzazione distributiva comprendente numerose piattaforme sul territorio e un servizio logistico con stocks di sicurezza per tutte le referenze in fornitura.
Il gruppo, certificato ISO 9001, che dispone di filiali in Germania, Spagna
e Italia, utilizza impianti produttivi tenuti all’avanguardia con importanti investimenti tecnologici e controlli sofisticati.
La filiale italiana - Costituita nel 1998, Vitembal Italia Srl punta allo sviluppo del business sul territorio, con la collaborazione di pochi distributori selezionati. La società può proporre alla clientela un ripensamento del
banco vendita, attraverso la standardizzazione dei formati e l’utilizzo di
contenitori specifici per ciascun prodotto. Presso punti vendita “pilota”
vengono infatti realizzate delle dimostrazioni di banchi riorganizzati, così
da poter valutare come si orienta la scelta del consumatore.

Thanks to an important commercial agreement, Vitembal
has also been chosen by Sealed Air Cryovac as a partner
for the supply of MAP barriered trays to be subsequently sealed with a lidding film. Among the elements that
make their product offer stand out one has a distribution organisation comprising numerous platforms throughout the country and a logistics service with safety stocks
frozen foods, personalised reusable
shopping bags. In cooperation with
Natureworks, it produces and sells transparent containers in PLA for cold delicatessen and take-away confectionery.
Honeycombs in PS for fruit
Among the various products that
Vitembal offers throughout Europe,
its stiff polystyrene honeycombs for
fruit are much appreciated.
Available in all the calibres and sizes
used in the sector, they are made in
rigid polystyrene, capable of
ensuring the product an excellent
cost-performance ratio.
What is more the polystyrene gives
the honeycombs a sturdiness and
stiffness enough to enable them to

Disponibili in tutti i calibri e dimensioni utilizzate nel settore, sono realizzati in polistirolo rigido, in grado
di assicurare al prodotto un ottimo rapporto costo-prestazioni.
Il polistirolo inoltre conferisce agli
alveoli una rigidità e una resistenza tali da consentire di essere
presentati inclinati sui
banchi senza che si verifichi il collasso quando i consumatori prelevano le due file basse di prodotto.
